This place is always consistently packed, so given it's popularity with the rest of the local crowd, my boyfriend and I decided to try it out. Service was polite, friendly and prompt- every member of the staff that passed by us made a considerate attempt to greet us. We ended up ordering the pork belly (main sized), the seafood risotto special of the day as well as a coconut milkshake for myself since lunch had just started. I personally though that the pork belly broth was a little too sweet but the crackle and pork belly- foodgasm. The coconut milkshake needed a bit more mixing to get the flavour right and was nothing special but I was expecting a subtle light flavour given the coconut. Great quality food well worth the price.

I had purchased a Cudo deal for Brazilian and eyebrow hair waxing and left bitterly disappointed by the experience. It took me at least 8 attempts to try to make an appointment, and when an appointment was finally made and I arrived at the store, it turns out that the admin had recorded the time of my appointment incorrectly (they had also called the previous Friday asking where I was- I did not make my appointment for that Friday but for the week following). The only girl present working there was a trainee who tried to accommodate me by slotting me in between clients, however the entire process felt rushed and I was forced to leave still partially covered in wax. Would NOT recommend.

My partner and I stayed at Beau Monde overnight, we were kind of let down by the drab furnishings of our room which were in contrast to the beautiful reception and exterior design but everything was fully functional despite maybe needing a bit of a makeover and better lighting. The staff were prompt and friendly in responding to any of our inquiries and we were allowed to check in about 1pm instead of 2pm once our Executive room was ready. We had a voucher that included breakfast in our stay, which turned out to be quite a decent meal, although it could have been hotter. A good option for accommodation if you happen to be out in the eastern suburbs though.

I had bought a Cudo voucher for a brazilian wax and eyebrow as well as full body exfoiliation services, so I understand that it would have been unusual difficult to secure an appointment due to the initial surge in demand. I could find the service itself to be overly amazing though, the exfoliation felt rushed and didn't make my skin feel any different at all and the waxing services were good, but only average as per my expectations.

Ebay is addictive simply because it's SO good to use- it provides convenience, security in your purchase and a HUGE variety of things to purchase. As an online marketplace, it is simply the best and most respectable and my first link if I need something fast.

I recently got a cut by Nathan at Millenium QV- he was genuine with his recommendations for my new style and helped to thin it out significantly (though in hindsight I should have asked for more thinning and a reduction in length as I don't think it looks too different to my old cut) and his blow drying skills were divine. This review was for a cut, wash blowdry and treatment and I would recommend this salon.

I am certainly no techie, but these guys were amazing and gave excellent service and advice and got everything done quickly and efficiently. I had to get my iPhone 4 screen repaired after the entire front shattered when I dropped it (admittedly,with no hard case but it looks so much prettier without the bulk) and these guys offered me the cheapest quote out of all the venues I contacted. The asian guy, Nathan, working the shop when I dropped in told me that he could fix it within the hour and even fixed another component damaged by the break for free. They were absolutely amazing to work with, and I'd definitely go back to them and wouldn't hesitate to make a reccomendation.

I didn't end up getting any hairdressing services done here at Miyabi- my review is for a threading and tint service by their waxer, Laiba. My first impression of the store was that it appeared professional but business seemed quiet (though this was a Wednesday morning), their waxing services are performed in a nice remodelled room out the back but requires you to go through the car par which I personally found a bit intimidating. Laiba herself is gorgeous and sweet- she took all my concerns and preferences into account when I asked about the threading and although I found it more painful than my usual eyebrow waxing service the quality was much better. She was even enough of a perfectionist as to offer to thread my forehead and upper lip despite the minimal hair there and convince me that tinting would unnecessary given the darkness of my brows. Best service I've received yet!
