Brew makes a very good hot chocolate. They also have excellent focaccias and hot dishes, probably the best cafe on Poath Road.

This is probably one of the better places to eat if you're on campus, but otherwise a bit pricey. Decent coffee spot.

Nice little breakfast/brunch spot. Tasty eggs and bacon dishes, and the best coffee in Oakleigh.

Ordered through Delivery Hero - they cam pretty quick. The food was tasty and hot when it arrived. Good way to get your pho fix at home.

I come here often for tea and cakes. Good place to sit down and catch up - they have such a huge range. For mother's day I did a high tea at home and swung by here early in the morning to pick up the sweets. Very nice!

Quick and cheap bubble cup place. I prefer the flavour of Gong Cha's teas, but Happy Cup is alright too. The occasional Groupons are good to get - stock up and save a few dollars!

Gold Leaf is always busy - make sure you book or table (or try getting there when they open). The food is pretty good, and they have a decent variety of all the classic yum cha dishes.

Airstream is a good option for pre-movie food, but can be a bit pricey. The quality seems to vary quite a bit depending on what you order, or maybe just the night. I've had a perfectly-cooked kangaroo steak, and a under-cooked lasagna that could have passed for a rock. The cakes are always good though, so I definitely recommend it for tea and cakes.

Hainanese Chicken Rice and also Garlic Prawns! Kotoraya have a fairly large menu, so it's a good place for family dinners. You'll find something for everyone. The restaurant is a bit dark and cruddy looking, but the quality of the food is consistently high.
Approximate cost: $30
We get delivery from Cafe La Proto quite a bit as they are cheaper than Dominoes if you want home delivery. The pizzas are usually pretty tasty, though I have had burnt crusts a couple of times which is off-putting. The pastas are a tad bland and greasy, but still okay.
