We had the unfortunate decision to put down our 17 y.o. dog - we've been attending the practice with both our dogs since we moved to McDowall in late 2006. After a discussion with our children, we opted to have it done at home. Our vet Jennifer and her vet nurse Emma were happy to come to our house and were fantastic. They explained the process and whilst sad, it was much better than we expected.

I have known Kim and her husband Gordon for almost 10 years and knowing they have set up their new business, I rang Kim to find out her availability (with 18 hours notice) for a pick up from ADL airport this morning and return this afternoon - thankfully she was available for both trips. Pick up was in the private cars area (near the taxi rank) and drop off in CBD. My flight was 10 mins early but she was already well on her way. New car, she was professionally dressed in black livery and delivered me to my first appointment on time.
I had advised her the expected pick up address and time, but changed it twice during the day due to client meeting changes. She confirmed the change each time and wasn't fazed by the disruption. Fantastic service that I will use whenever I come back to Adelaide and recommend. Cost was (as expected) slightly more than taxi, but a fixed price that was well worth it as I knew what I was receiving - brand new car, professional driver with inbuilt GPS, huge boot space and friendly service with English as first language.
