I ordered a croquembouche from Caroline at GP Catering for my mothers 50th Birthday and I'm so glad that I did. From our first contact via email and the confirmation of the quote for the cake, dealing with Caroline was a wonderful experience. Her help, knowledge and guidance with the eventual design, as well as her willingness to incorporate my mothers demands was impeccable and her enthusiasm and obvious passion for the project made her a please to deal with, especially given that she got less than one months notice.

The cake itself was beautiful and received many compliments from our guests who were very taken with the rather unusual design. Best of all the birthday girl was incredibly happy and said that it was exactly what she envisaged. And it tasted just as good as it looked and was obviously well constructed as it stayed together for almost 5 hours after delivery to a very crowded restaurant.

I would not hesitate to use GP catering again in the future and have already recommended Caroline's services to many friends!
