I have been taking my two Labradors to Ferntree Gully Veterinary Hospital for over 8 years. All I can do is speak very highly of this veterinary hospital. My girls have received excellent care, from puppy school to recovering from major surgery. My older lab was diagnosed with Mast Cell Tumors 2 years ago, Amy and Ying and the rest of the team have been amazing with her recovery and prolonging her life. From the initial shock of receiving bad news to routine visits for vaccinations or a 3 monthly lump check, every visit we are made to feel comfortable and it is never too much trouble taking both girls to visit at the same time.
The vets are exceptionally caring, friendly and provide the very best treatment plans for my girls. Unfortunately we have left the hills and we will miss the quality care provided by Amy and Ying and the rest of the team. Thank you for caring for my girls.

We met with a designer in December at the Chadstone store, loved the design of the kitchen and decided to proceed with Freedom Kitchens. The great service we experienced at the first appointment soon changed to poor service and rather disappointing that the poor service has continued following the installation.

Problems with the kitchen installation included:
~ inability to get a definitive date to conduct a site check measure, only reason it occurred as a priority was due to the fact that I requested to contract be cancelled
~ continual requests from the installer to provide additional trade services such as painting, carpentry, rubbish removal for cash payment
~ installer would only accept cash as term of payment
~ failure by the installer to adequately measure the kitchen tap at check measure stage. Come day of installation the tap did not fit as it was too big resulting in having to rush out and purchase a new tap as the stone bench check measure scheduled for the following day
~ damaged cabinet door had to be replaced 3 times due to damaged received to the door during delivery on two occasions
~ took two weeks to receive full refund of $700 for tap purchased from Freedom Kitchens
~ charged full amount for demolition of old kitchen when over 80% of the old kitchen had been removed by us prior
~ permanent black texta writing on the inside of the pantry
~ continual follow up via the my freedom website to get resolution and Freedom was very slow to respond. This is very disappointing
~ electrician installed 2 power outlets prior to glass splash back being installed, outlets were not straight and electrician told us the glass people with fix it, electrician did not want to come back to fix his error
~ pantry door knocks against the frame when door is opened or closed due to poor installation

My biggest regret was not to cancel the contract when I first requested it prior to the check measure stage.

Do your research on Freedom Kitchens, my advice is to find another kitchen manufacturer and save your self the hassle of dealing with an incompetent business.

I engaged Sandscan to sand, stain and polish our Baltic Pine Floorboards in our Victorian period home. I found Peter a pleasure to deal with, providing a competitive quote and offering suggestions on what would work best for our floor.
Whilst removing the old carpet from the bedrooms we found 2 large sections where the floorboards were cut to install the ducted heater from the previous owner and the cut out was replaced with MDF boards. I immediately called Peter to let him know and once again Peter exceeded my expectations by scheduling the repair work to commence early to allow for the repairs to the floors be made and the job to be completed as per the time frame discussed for a reasonable price. This worked really well especially as we were renovating the kitchen at the same time.
Peter and his team stained the floorboards in Black Japan and finished them in a matt finish polish. We were left with a quality finish and the floors look amazing. Peter and his team were pleasant, turned up on time, did a excellent job and left the home in a clean, neat and tidy condition.
I would gladly recommend Sandscan to others.

I had my 55" Smart TV and Sonos Playbar wall mounted with all cables concealed inside the wall. Aaron did a fantastic job! He was on time, explained everything he did so I understood how everything worked, cleaned up after himself and completed the job within 2 hours. I found Your Wired For Sound to be extremely flexible in arranging a suitable time to complete the installation with the added value of having the installation occur on a Saturday, which was ideal for me. Your Wired For Sound also provided the opportunity to invoice me for the work completed. I would highly recommend Your Wired For Sound to anybody looking to install AV equipment.

I required a new Bigpond Internet cable to be connected into the house as the wall plate was missing. I needed the job completed ASAP and Bao far exceeded my expectations. Bao provided an exceptional service, I am very happy with the guys that came out to complete the job. Highly recommended and will definitely use B.D Electrics for any future jobs. Thank you.

Doors Plus Footscray replaced 5 doors, fittings and hard ware consisting of 2 exterior doors and 3 internal doors. Terry (Store Manager) provided a wonderful customer experience, ensuring the installation exceeded my expectations. My house is a Victorian Period Home, all 5 doors were irregular sizes which required alterations. The job took a little longer than expected however the quality of the finish was exceptional. Sure Freeze came out to review my Brivis ducted heater, Saliya provided excellent and prompt service by coming out to the house the following day. It was a pleasure to deal with Sal. Sure Freeze were reasonably priced and Sal repaired the ducted heater on the spot as he carried a vast amount of spare parts with him. I would definitely recommend Sure Freeze to others with heating problems and I will definitely be in contact with Sal for any future heating or cooling work required.

It was pleasure to have Shane complete the required work which was to replace 3 locks and key alike all locks in the house> Casey Locksmiths were well priced, extremely flexible, punctual and highly skilled.
