Just a massive thank you. Ricky and Rich were so friendly and amazing along with the office consultants. The team were friendly, relaxed, and they got me to do a walk through etc and put me at ease. We had a laugh and a joke and it made it such a happy day. You were so crystal clear and concise and outlined what was involved and what would happen.
