Very high quality repairs. Recommended from a shoe store where I had bought some expensive hard to replace shoes. Go there regularly. Always great customer service. Also gave good advice on different shoe cleaning products as I had bought satin shoes recently. I also have a number of pairs of dance shoes and he did a good job at repairing the heels.

Handy kichenware shop. Was able to get a seal for my stovetop Bialetti here. They also provide a great knife sharpening service with good turnaround time and reasonable price - $8 per knife. Called me to let me know when they have been done.

Heard about it through Christmas promo in the Age - went to website where you can buy online. Great range of innovative, beautiful items - many and varied. Quirky, unique. Went in store to do Christmas shopping. Friendly attentive service.

Its hard to find decent food on St Kilda Road. Toasted fits the bill and you can tell they really care about their product. An imaginative range of focaccias, baguettes and wraps - such as lamb, mint, fetta and pumpkin or a special of eggplant, pumpkin and blue cheese. Can order a half or whole/fresh or toasted. Fresh flavoursome packaged salads, some sweet bites and excellent coffee wrap up the deal. Good value for St Kilda Road. You can tell the food is made with love.

Fantastic range of very high quality product plus some nice added extras such as beautiful cheeses, small goods, yoghurts, dips, quiches etc. You do pay for the quality but happy to do so for convenience and great quality food that I'll eat and not throw away.

Have had fisher & paykel fridge for over 10 years. Their service over the phone was extremely professional, friendly and helpful. My fridge had developed a leak. Initially received over the phone advice on what could be done to try and fix as well as information on the on-site service they could provide. I ended up needing to get someone out - after booking in a time they made follow up call to say they could move appointment to an earlier date (which was great). Got call 30 minutes before arrival. Very efficient and good value. Also helpful when I asked about getting a new shelf for the fridge.

After losing my hairdresser of over 10 years it was really difficult to find a replacement. Mel at Masci is an absolute find. Front of house service is always warm and friendly. SMS reminder sent to you the day before appointment. Always on time and very relaxing environment. Doesn't push the product too hard which is the way I like it. Very good colourist. Loving my hair and have been going for a couple of years now. Not the cheapest - but I'm resigned to paying for a decent hair cut these days.

You can't beat their quiches. Have bought for lunches and parties. The massive coffee and almond meringues are divine - you can turn these in to a modern version of Eaton Mess by crushing and serving with whipped cream and raspberries. Have also had their flourless chocolate cake which they offered to put a message on (for free) and did on the spot.

Stunning range of products. Very supportive of locally made product too e.g. Nancy Bird. Not only handbags but beautiful accessories. Great place for gifts as well as to spoil yourself. Can buy online too. Have been there several times.

Walked in off the street. Beautiful setup - a great range of flowers including more unusual varieties. Bought a dozen stunning paeonies for my mum which lasted for 2 weeks. Very friendly service. Good range of christmas decorations too. High quality product. Brother did phone order for wedding anniversary and also got good service.
