Myself and my whole family have all of our policies with AAMI. I think they are the cheapest around for my car insurance. They are friendly over the phone and very professional in person. I will have my policies with them for a very long time ahead.

After my experience with AAMI I have taken all of my insurance elsewhere. After a car accident I found the service horrible, the people that I dealt with mean and they even started to chase me while I was still in hospital recovering. I love the valet service that AAMI offer. They make the fixing or your car as smooth as possible without mimimal disruption to yourself. The phone and counter staff are ver friendly and knowledgable. They have competitive premiums.
