Great insurance for young people! Age excess cuts in half from 21 and gone at 23... all the others charge age excess until 25!

Being a customer for some 20 years at least,with 3 cars and home & contents policies with them I expected some discount for one of the car comprehensive renewal notices I received ,this was not the case.Showing loyalty to AAMI I phoned them but they would not discount 1 cent,or even consider any lower pricing.THANKS VERY MUCH !!! I therefore sought a quote on the internet and got a 30% lower premium and great service from youi.

If you're looking for affordable travel insurance, definitely take out your policy with AAMI. Awarded a 5 star rating by CANNEX, its also the most affordable as well (we looked at 5-6 different companies).

I was recently in a very minor car accident (hit from behind), the damage was minimal but needed to be fixed. From the first call to AAMI to report the accident right though the pick-up my vehicle at the authorised panel shop, I was completely taken care of. They called back when they said they would, they were efficient, they were delightful to deal with. They organised (and paid for) taxis from the pick-up centre and to the panel shop. And the best was my car was ready when they said it would be. The car was returned to me cleaned (outside AND in - all the damage was external) and repaired.

i agree with a few of the other reviews. AAMI was very competitive prices, had friendly serivce but they really did take their time in getting my payment to me. ALso there was some confusion as to where my car actually was so that i could collect personal belongings which was frustrating.

We have made a few claims through AAMI for car accidents and lost goods. They have surprised us with excellent customer service every time. They tick all the boxes on what you want from a good service provider

We had a leakage not long ago in our toilet area. Were very quick to send someone out to check and we received our payment within weeks of this occurring. Have had this insurance for over 10 years for house, contents and motor and would not change it for the world helpful and always kept us informed with the progress of our claim etc. Carmine was our manager who we dealt with and he was on the phone to us every second to third day advising us as to what was happening. Would highly recommend AAMI to anyone!

The value is not too bad, the quality is good however....they took there time to pay me for my car.
