Ordered a Galaxy S7 from them at a great price. Ordered on Thursday, received on Tuesday morning. Can't believe these guys are legit, so good!

I think this is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I ordered a smartphone over 4 weeks ago and the first one they sent me was faulty which i promptly returned and am now in a never ending email exchange with them trying to get a replacement. Their responsiveness is absolutely appalling and even worse it is impossible to phone and speak with them as they refuse to publish or give out a phone number. Be warned and stay away from this company.

I was looking for a budget friendly option for my Canon camera upgrade. Becextech popped up on my search first up and I had my doubts as I hadn't heard of the company.
But my order went through successfully and I had my brand new camera in excellent condition within 2 weeks of placing my order.
Customer service was great as i received quick responses to questions I had regarding delivery time and reference numbers.
Would highly reccommend!

This review has been amended due to a resolution with Becextech.

I ordered a phone from Becextech and after almost a month it arrived IMEI
blocked in Australia and inoperable. After lengthy discussions and problems
dealing with customer service representatives, over 6 weeks after
purchasing the handset I received a replacement that appears to be working.

While my experience with Becextech was not a pleasant one, to their credit
they have now rectified the issue.

Shipped incredibly fast. The phone I bought was in excellent condition and the price was better than in any other shop.

Ordered my camera on Thursday afternoon. To my delight and surprise arrived at my door Monday morning. I live in a regional small town in NSW. Well done.

The phone is perfect however I didn't receive the a item that I paid for also the free one that was said to come with the phone.

I have ordered a new phone and a case and a screen protector. I have only got a phone which was a refurbished one two weeks later. And i haven't got a case and a protector yet. Another 2 weeks past since then, i am still waiting for them and they are not answering my email. Be carefull, guys.

I was initially sceptical about buying from here given much of the bad press on whirlpool and the like but was presently surprised with the level of service. I ordered a LG smartphone and received a prompt reply after querying the model specifics after ordering. The reply was within the hour despite being out of business rimes (thanks April). Phone was delivered within a few days of ordering and was as described I'm perfect condition. Added to that a very competitive price (50% below rrp) and it is a winning formula.
