I would not recommend this business to anyone. I ordered a Samsung Galaxy phone plus multiple phone accessories and only received the phone. I have been waiting for over a month for receipt of the balance items that I paid for and they can't provide a tracking number or details of dispatch of the missing items. Asked for a refund for the missing items and waiting a response. DON'T RISK YOUR MONEY.

My first order from BecexTech, I ordered a DJI Phantom 3 Pro on the 2/8/16 and received it on the 8/8/16.

Good service is hard to find, but BecexTech delivered.

I emailed a number of enquiries prior to ordering a product and on each occasion received prompt, informative replies. I ordered the product and received it within 3 business days from placement of the order. It is international stock however it is new, original and legit and I saved hundreds of dollars on the nearest cheapest Australian stock retailer. Very impressed with the stock, the price and the customer service.

I received a phone with a faulty camera. I did not receive a screen protector or case as ordered. I correctly mounted the GPS as per instructed and it fell shattering the screen from a 20 cm drop. Had I had the SP or case this would not have happened. The company refuses to reimburse me and most recently threatened to call the local police should I continue to email them.

This was my first purchase from BecexTech. The price was good, but I must admit having a little apprehension re availability, delivery etc. This all turned out to be unfounded. The camera I purchased was ex-Hong Kong, but the BecexTech cust service team confirmed this and outlined the details of their warranty promptly by email before I ordered. Purchased an iPhone from the Ausralian web site, first surprise was to see it was being posted from China although it did travel air freight and arrived quickly. I also ordered a case and screen protector at the same time for an extra $20, it arrived a week later from an eBay site that I could have brought myself for less then $10

Recently made a purchase from this company. Delivered a phone that was not set for Australia- didn't read the fine print-so it didn't work properly. No working charger. Would not refund my money. So-called 'repaired it" but won't confirm in writing that it will now work properly in Australia.

Surprising easy and legitimate site. I did some research on them and now bad feedback. I did feel like it was a gamble at first but bought a phone for $400 cheaper then I could through most retailers.
The online shopping experience was simple. One issue was i hadn't realised that if you weren't home at the time of delivery that the options were limited in terms of redelivery. (Most package deliveries to my house leave a card and we can collect later that day from the local post office. This company had a courier that offered redelivery only one day per week or you could collect the item yourself but not for another 2 days and this was from a depot that was a 30 min drive from my house. So that part was frustrating. Very happy with packaging and product so far.
