This is the first time I have giving a negative review on anything. I bought an IPhone had it about 6 weeks, stopped working, after several emails to BecexTech I sent the phone back. It took 6 weeks to get repaired. I bought a defense shield case for it, to make sure it was protected, had it back 2 days it was dropped onto a floor rug and the screen broke. These defense cases are of high quality the phone was of very poor quality. I cannot afford to get my screen fixed I am very upset.

I would not recommend this business to others. While the price and condition of my phone was great the customer service and practices needs improvement.
There is no mention on the site of where their warehouse is located and I believed it to be in Australia. I only found out it was in Hong Kong when I requested a tracking number from CS. There was NO door to door delivery as claimed. My phone was sent from HK to Melbourne via courier then forwarded on to me via the postal system which took another 7 days to arrive. The phone was still set in Chinese and the manual in the box was printed in Spanish. I was able to sort the phone out and it is now setup for English. I had dealings with CS on three separate occasions and each time the person was different and appeared to be from a different country than the last person. There is no direct phone number listed only a Fax number or email for contacting CS.

Couldn't agree more . I don't trust this company at all. The condition of my product is terrible and trying to rectify it has proven very difficult.

Buying cheap phones. Beware of the after-sales customer service! And don't bother with the accessories they sell - poor quality. There is NO point buying something cheap if you then have to spend hours upon hours to push to get "close" to what you actually ordered. We have gone from being ones to promote to NEVER EVER going to use them again.

I do not like tarnishing the reputation of a business but someone reminded me that it was their process that resulted in my deciding to write this review so that you do your due diligence before ordering from them. Be very careful of the terms and conditions under which you purchase a phone from an offshore supplier.

After buying an S6 edge plus from them in Oct 2015 and having what I thought was a really good experience with good pre-sales service and some minor post-sales questions for technical issues that were resolved, I decided to go back to them again to buy an S7 edge with priority shipping.

But what a nightmare! After a conversation of well over 100 emails later and over 30 days since ordering, I was unable to get my issues resolved to my satisfaction and just had to grab whatever partial refund I could. It's when there are issues that you really get to see the quality of a business, their structure, supplier and distribution warehouse(s) and their resolution process.

1. Received the wrong phone (single not dual SIM version) - I found that the local "shop front" doesn't have any direct control over the warehouses they use for supplying items. We questioned the phone as soon as we received it

2. Followed their instructions to the letter to confirm it was the wrong phone and then they questioned on the phone being used when returned (we packed it with all accessories into a single wrap for return the same day we received).

3. Excessive delay (9 business days) in getting the correct customs documentation required for the courier to pick up the item from us for the return trip to Hong Kong.

4. Excessive delay (6 business days) in getting the correct phone back to their courier for delivery to us. As soon as they knew the phone was wrong, the correct phone should have been prepared ready for shipping to us. We had paid for priority.

5. 90% into the conversation, an escalation point finally admitted they made a mistake but still wouldn't fully receipt the accessories we returned (eventhough it was in a single bubble wrap). We ended up getting a refund just for the accessories we paid as extras but no compensation for the car charger that was "included in the deal".

6. The accessories they sell with the phone are very poor quality. The case and screen protector were from a local supplier and I could have bought the same from the local $2 shop, not the $20 we paid. So we got a refund.

After working 17 years as a Business Delivery Manager myself for an IBM-size global IT company and also running my own businesses, I really think their customer service is terribly flawed, relying on back-end processes that assume things will go to plan or the consumer won't have the patience and time to deal with working through the issues or would just accept excessive delays. It all comes down to poor post-sales resolution process.

This may be a recent thing - I did indicate to them as they are sourcing items from multiple distributors that they need to do their own due diligence to ensure distributor quality doesn't reflect poorly on their business.

This definitely had the WORST effect in this instance. We have gone from being ones to promote BecexTech to NEVER EVER going to use them again.

The only thing that saved them from us taking it to the Ombudsman or reporting them to other agencies is that we have since had both of these 2 phone verified as genuine by the Samsung Experience Store in Doncaster, which is why I raised the quality rating from 1 to 3 stars and the value from 1 to 2 before publishing. I have to leave Service at 1 because this was THE worst purchase experience I have had in 50 years.

Ordered an expensive lens and was very nervous about spending so much online but the savings were worth it. The lens came beautifully, promptly (4 days) and safely delivered. Highly recommend. Very professional transaction. No hesitation about buying from BecexTech Australia again.

Trust me when I say excellent as this is the first review I write, Ever! My Samsung edge came on time, you can track your parcel very easily and customer service is very friendly and responsive!
I did a ton of research before finally ordering from Becextech. Yes, there are websites that have cheaper prices listed. But buying from them is about like driving without a seatbelt. You might survive the ordeal - but is it worth the risk? With Becextech I felt piece of mind knowing what I ordered would be delivered without upsales, bait-and-switch, or worse scams.

I am very happy with the support i received. Thanks Wibowo for your help. Ordering process is a piece of cake! Great communication about shipping etc. Wasn't impressed with the packaging of the lens though. Pretty sure my item got knocked around quite a bit during shipping since there was only a bunch of air packs in the box.
All in all BecexTech has supplied a good product for a great price. I will use them again. THANKS.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. They have double charged me for an item that has been in the "Processing" stage for 2 weeks now. They eventually refunded the amount that they over charged me by (Almost $500!!) and I had to explain my situation to about 6 DIFFERENT advisors in order to get it sorted. Now I'm worried that they've cancelled the order altogether and I will never receive my phone. If I'd known how much of a ball ache this was going to be I would have stayed WELL AWAY from this joke of a company.

text after 7 days as product not left warehouse - but after this the item was delivered in another 2 days - perhaps a speed up with delivery would be helpful (frequently order from online clothing store order wednesday and delivered on friday-store has hundreds of items delivered daily and is in sydney delivery charge $10) price very good and reply from customer service section speedy
