I emailed company and received a reply very quickly. I am very impressed with the purchase payment security process where I need to input a code to authorise payment (from my Bank). The order arrived just in time for Christmas. The case didn't and I had to chase it up. Would be better if they warned me why it was not delivered. Otherwise I'm VERY happy.

I live in rural New South Wales (our normal mail takes 3 or 4 days to be delivered through Australia Post). So I was hesitant in ordering a phone from Becextech as I needed one ASAP due to my current one dying. I ordered on the Sunday night....7 days later I had my phone in my hand and was setting it up. The phone was sent from hk so the delivery time was amazing compared to what I normally am used to. The phone was sealed in it's original box (Sony Z5 Premium Dual Sim) and the IMEI was confirmed as being a genuine Sony product. Emails confirmed a tracking number and I could follow the delivery on the courier companies website (Toll). It took about 3 days to get the first email from Becextech with the tracking number. I am extremely happy with the fast response and delivery and would have no issues ordering my next device from them as well.

Very streamlined, fast and easy purchase, very happy with the price, product and service. A notification of the second item not being in stock and shipped later would have been good, I had thought it had been forgotten initially until I emailed to ask. My husband bought me an Apple iPhone 6 Plus 64GB 4G LTE Gold Open Box Special (1 YEAR AUSTRALIAN WARRANTY) He paid over $1000 for it. After 5 months the screen began to come away from the phone. I took it to Apple who told me the phone has had the screen replaced with a non genuine part, battery replaced non genuine and that the phone was purchased in 2015 in America and written off by Apple. Be careful as the only place you can see that it is a "renewed" phone is when you click on the condition tab. Which is down the bottom of the page about 4 other tabs across. We thought open box meant box opened but everything new. No it means someone owned it then they refurbished it. We get a 1 year warranty with it but if we bought directly with Apple we could take it there for repairs for 5 years. The slight discount we made is not worth trading for a 1 year warranty and Apple won't touch the phone ever again.
I think the advertising is misleading. I will include a link to the item however the price you will now see is much lower than we paid as we purchased it in Feb 2016 and it is now August 2016 and the price has dropped

I wish I had read more reviews before buying from these guys. They totally screwed me over and have the cheek to say deal with our Hong Kong office if you want to go down the legal route.
Nice to see someone with 26 reviews providing a credible review instead of all these dodgy 5 star reviews from people who only post one review. Everything about this company stinks.

Most unscrupulous vendor I have worked with. Sent a 2yo reconditioned iPhone (confirmed by Apple) w a broken camera. They refused to refund (despite what it says on their website) and had to use PalPal. They said they would fight Paypal (and they tried) and even tried to get me to close the dispute (DON'T do that - you can't reopen cases) so they could 'process the refund'. They tried to deduct $100 of restocking fees and $29.95 postage (even though I paid all postage to and back!). NEVER USE THESE GUYS - stay away!

I bought a Sony Xperia Z3 compact in May and on the first day i figured out that the microphone wasn't working. So I contacted the customer service and sent it back to get it fixed, for which I had to pay myself. I had already bought glass screen protector for it for which I wasted my money because I received a replacement phone after two weeks, which I used for a week, until I noticed that people had trouble understanding me, the quality of calls was really bad and other smaller problems like the GPS wasn't working. I just wanted to send it back and get my money back because I had two faulty phones and I didn't want to go through this again. Customer service replied that this is not possible, I could only send the item back in the first two weeks, but I only used the two phones for about ten days. So I sent it back again, paid the postage again and now I am waiting for 3 weeks and I still haven't heard anything about it. I am really disappointed in the service and the quality of the phones.

Just received a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge from BecexTeck. Basically a perfect performance from them. Nothing I could possibly complain about. Considering I am a complainer from wayback that's a great performance.

I bought a Xperia Z3 Compact phone and it had a major fault. After a replacement and a repair over the period of 5 months, the company only offered to refund me a greatly reduced fee.

They sent it to me 3 times and 3 times I sent it back as it had a major fault - people couldn't hear me during calls.

In the end, they pretty much challenged me to take them to court - when I quoted the ACCC's rules regarding major product fault they stated
"The major or minor are "vague" terms. It is not actually referring to a specific item nor specific circumstances. Eventually, Judge will have the final right to decide"

- pretty much challenging me to take them to court. As much as I would like to, I didn't have the time or the money to do this (makes me feel really bad for the people who didn't take the time to go to all the effort to collate information etc find emails and receipts).

I honestly cannot recommend these guys to anyone. They are bad at communicating and frequently provide ambiguous or false answers i.e. When will my phone arrive? - Very soon,

Before buying this phone online, I read all the online reviews and found BecexTech to be the best one. How this came to be I am unsure as in my opinion, this is the worst company I have ever been involved with.

Hey Michaele781, I have contacted the some consumer bodies and apparently progress is being made. Did you take your complaint up to the necessary body?

Also svenjag, how long have you had to wait? personally it wasn't worth all the stress involved for me. I should have taken the money at a much earlier period. Personally I think this company is rubbish. For all their customer service commitment, their end product is rubbish.
