First time ive made a large purchase online. The product arrived in perfect condition. It arrived within a week of ordering. Although one item was unavailable at the time of shipping they still shipped the main product and instantly shipped the missing item and notified me. I was very impressed with the immediate response from that customer service team which gives this company a hugh edge with such a speedy response to my query. Definitely going to be a repeat customer

I bought two phones from them in July 2016, and while one was not in stock (even though the website said it is), they informed me of it within 2 working days, and offered suitable alternatives, amongst which a full refund was included. They also agreed to ship the two phones separately at no extra charge in case stock for one wasn't available for an extended time.

Shipping was quick (4 days from HK to Canberra, AUS), although I received notification of dispatch the day after I had already received the items. Considering the cost of the devices and the cost of shipping, packaging could have been better, but the item boxes had little to no damage on them, so I can't complain.

I've had no reason to contact warranty support yet, so I can't comment on that.

Therefore, BecexTech Australia is a trustworthy and quality site, which truly had exceeded my expectations created from hearing these same comments from my friends who were past customers, and how they had described it to be. This was the first time I purchased from an online overseas provider -normally I would only purchase from within Australia to avoid scams and having to hunt down missing items. I liked the site, the clarity of the description and the picture of each item available so that there was no confusion what was being ordered. I did a bit of research and colleagues told me BecexTech Australia was quite credible. I purchased a Samsung Galaxy 7 Edge Duo Sim at Au$880 and with insurance came to Au$905 - far better priced than any other site I inspected. The phone got to Australia, but TOLL PRIORITY somehow didn't deliver it and sent it back to Hong Kong! I emailed BecexTech Support Team expecting a drama but no, they were immediately "decisive" and "can do" and dispatched another phone the same day which was on a Friday. By Monday I received the phone as ordered. This was fantastic customer service and I have total confidence in BecexTech Australia for future purchases and have advised friends and family of both their fair prices and excellent customer focus.
