Ordered the whole box and dice ( htc M9+, micro Sd, dot case, screen protector) and paid for the whole box and dice. Got a phone, had some drama, was a real pig about it... And then came along Customer Service. It has been a very long time since I have felt the kind 'customer satisfaction comes first' feeling, but i can tell you, if you have any issues with these guys, just tell them and they WILL fix it and make you feel all warm and fuzzy.
