My experience with this order as well as all my many past orders from Becextech has been nothing but excellent. I have had a couple problems, both mistakes on my end, and the customer staff have been great in getting things straightened out

Excellent prices and service. Very helpful with any queries I've had. The website is really easy to navigate and has plenty of information about the products. I have used BecexTech twice and I would deal with this company again.

My son accidentally destroyed my Iphone 5S and I didn't want to spend a fortune replacing it as I was towards the end of my contract. BecexTech replaced it with an Iphone 5c for considerably less and now I don't have to worry if something happens to it. The service was quick and the product is excellent!

I will never buy another product from this company again and if you do
buy from them you better hope you don't have to use their service section!
(or should I say no-service?) I purchased an iPhone 5S for my son and it
had faulty reception so we returned the phone to BecexTech to be repaired
on 2/11/15. They said it would take 2-4 weeks to repair and it was over 5
weeks before we got it back on 5/12/15. They fixed the reception issue but
the 'return' button did not work and it was working fine previously. We
returned it to them again and asked for a priority repair and also
requested the additional postage costs to be refunded. They agreed to both
but they obviously don't know what the word priority means and I never
received any postage reimbursement. The phone was finally returned to us on
22/01/16. Even taking into account Christmas, six weeks for a priority
repair is pathetic. We went almost 12 weeks from when the phone was first
sent until when it was finally fixed properly. All up I am over $150 out of
pocket when you take into account the three months I paid for phone and
internet access, without having a phone to use, as well as two lots of
postage that I was never refunded for. I asked for updates on when I can
expect the phone to be returned via e-mail continually and all you get is a
response of it has priority and it is with the repairer, of which they
obviously don't have many of. This company is hopeless when it comes to
repairs and customer service!

I have had a terrible time after buying a new Samsung phone from this company. The first phone was faulty and we agreed to return for a warranty repair. There was a 7 week delay (despite rapid email responses) between returning the broken phone and receiving the replacement phone. The replacement phone didn't work at all. The second phone was instantly returned and a further delay of 5 weeks was experienced. The replacement phone, phone number 3, was not fully functioning and I tried a firmware update to correct it's problems but this was impossible due to the phone model not being supported by Samsung Australia as it was an overseas model, this was confirmed by contacting Samsung Australia. From start to finish we waited 19 weeks from purchase date without a working phone only to receive one with some faults that can't be corrected as it is not supported in Australia. We cannot register it here and are constantly given phone based reminders to download software updates that fail because of the region the phone is in. I did not try and pursue further warranty claims due to the lack of success and the time taken to get absolutely nowhere.

Great service. Love my new iPhone 5s phone. Saved some money. Took awhile for delivery. Also says its Australian company but came from Hong Kong . But very happy anyway

After ordering my d5500 dslr camera, i read some bad reviews on this site, so i was very worried.
So I just received the camera today which is the 4th business day, which is quite fast, although it had priority delivery.

But I havn't received the camera case and also the 4gb sd card yet. I would have given them a 5 out of 5 if they have sent everything. So now im just waiting on support to reply to my email I just sent.

I am happy to come back and buy more in the future. Thanks Becextech!

These guys are an absolute disgrace. I paid for an IPhone on 16/12/2015 and finally received it on 31/12/2015. When I went to recharge the battery it would not charge so I took it to a Apple Store and they informed me that it had no Apple warranty, had been repaired, is second hand and should not have been sold in Australia. The cause of the not charging issue was it has corroded ports which would cost $450 to repair. After many emails demanding a full refund and me returning the phone at my own expense they finally a agreed to a refund in 1 to 3 business days. As I am writing this on 19/01/2016 it is 5 business days and they are sending me emails saying there has been a error or issue and please be patient. I have no phone and no refund. How patient do I have to be? How WOMO can let these guys display WOMO awards on the Becextech website is a dumbfounding. Stay a million miles away from these shonks. I gave them 1 star because it could not be 0.
