I placed an order for a panasonic GH4 on the 5th of dec, along with an extra battery, case and screen protector. the estimated time for delivery was at lease ten day but instead i received the camera 6 days later which was awesome. lack of lenses is preventing me from fully testing the camera but it seem's to be functioning fine beside yet to receive the extra's battery .. etc. thank you BecexTech. I will surely be returning for more business.

Great experience. I read numerous reviews about this company before deciding to purchase. I decided to roll the dice and purchased a camera lens 6 days ago and have received it already. Came packaged nicely and in bubble wrap for extra protection. Would purchase from them again.
They were prompt and reliable. Unable to comment on customer service as have not had any problems that has required warranty/repair...touch wood.

A friend pointed me to Becextech and I couldn't be more impressed by the selection, prices and customer service. I especially appreciated the speed with which other customers answered my question regarding the lens I was interested in. The lens arrived within 5 (business) days as predicted in a solid packaging. Our kids purchased a phone from Becextech in December 2015 as a Christmas gift to my husband. There was a software fault within 3 weeks. We emailed Becextech, and then returned to Becextech in Victoria Australia, the address THEY provided us with. THAT was when they told us they would have to send it back to Hong Kong, as they could not fix it. It took them 10 weeks to agree it was faulty and send us a new phone. The second phone lasted 10 days. Software failed again. Again we returned it to them, asked for a refund. They refused to give a full refund as the value of the phone had dropped since it was purchased in December 2015, and offered a third new phone. We had had use of the 2 phones for less than a month, up to April 2016. Obviously our kids were devastated, and we refused their offer
of a new phone. Becextech then claimed the phone we had returned the second time was scratched, which was not true. For that they deducted a further $15. We ended up with a refund of $270, having paid $353 (including $30 postage). It's not the money the kids have lost, it's the fact that this company is not up front, and clearly advertises their products with a 12 month AUSTRALIAN warranty! How can they give an Australian warranty, portray themselves as an Australian based business, with an Australian website, email, and repair address, and then hide behind their Hong Kong address and tell me they do not have to comply with Australian standards?
To us this is deceitful, misleading and fraudulent. As such we are
determined to let as many potential customers to their site know exactly the unsavoury and untrustworthy practices they employ to take and then keep your money.

Hey mate, I'm going through something similar. They dont want to repair my phone cause it doesn't have an imei on the back. Eve n though thats how they sent it. I have taken my case to the accc. The more of us that speak out and make it known the better. They nedd to be banned from trading here.

save your emails and send them to the office of fair trading and accc. there is hope for a refund. do not let them talk you out of it! look at stop becextech on facebook.

Very pleased with my purchase from BecexTech. I made a purchase of a camera and Lens that they had available. It was an all in one package for one purchase price. I paid with PayPal. The next day I received emails stating that my items had shipped from the,. I also received emails from PayPal showing two seperate purchased and two separate charges. I initially did not recognize the amounts and was concerned. Upon closer inspection I realized that the cost of the two items totalled my agreed payment to Becextech. So it was a little bit of a scare and unexpected, but it has all been good after that. The products shipped quickly and arrived sooner than! Also did not receive a receipt for one of the items which was necessary for a tax claim. I emailed customer service and they sent me another one.
