Have purchased from Becextech many times. I have never had a problem with delivery time or condition or product that required customer service. They are the first place I look when planning a photography purchase.

I hope the always do business this way and wish everyone did.

Probably the most professional and easy business to deal with! Super prompt reply to any queries, great website and quick delivery. I almost never complete these reviews, but it would be a disservice to these guys not to complement and recommend! A tip for anyone buying stuff online: if there's no contact number on the website, think twice before placing an order. With these guys, there's one for VIC and NSW. Great job, BecexTech!

The WORST customer experience I have ever had. I will NEVER use BecexTech again. There is no number to call, you will NEVER be able to talk to someone about any problem you might have. You will have to wait for an email response every time - it's infuriating. Unless of course you have a fax - lol - it's not the 90s anymore. What does everyone have? a phone! Who has a fax at home?! So the camera was faulty, I sent it away with documentation as instructed, didn't hear anything for two weeks. I chased up the repairers they said they aren't allowed to comment. I chased up BecexTech and now after four weeks (five since I sent my camera away) I'm being told a vague 2-4 week turn around depending on the nature of repairs. And no idea if they'll even honour the warranty. I suspect it would have been a long time before I heard anything if I hadn't chased it up. Now I have a pending film project and no camera.

Make contact with Becextech one more time, and make sure you print out " all " communications that you have had with Becextech. Try and contact Becextech one more time and be firm with what you want.

After all this make contact with your Department of Fair Trade in your State / Territory and be prepared to send them a copy of all your communications that you have had regardless if it is only your one way emails that have had no reply, all this will help your case.

Check how much warranty time you have left on your purchase and advise this to the Fair Trade people, wait for them to try and make contact with Becextech ( which they will be unsuccessful ), while doing this have a chat with your bank about their procedure for doing a Charge Back on your credit card, this Charge Back is simply where you provide the bank with details of what you have tried to do to solve the issue of a faulty product including ' not matching advertised product ', you may also keep in mind about ' fit for advertised use ' from there personally take all the information including correspondence that you have had with the Fair Trade people to your local Bank Branch ( if un-successful in getting product exchange etc ) and ask them to perform a Credit Card Charge Back.

Make sure that you Factory Reset and clean out the product, clean the product with soft cloth, package it up and send it back to Becextech Signature Required Express Post or Courier, the signature part is beyond important as this Signature on Receipt makes 110% sure that Becextech have received the product so they can not say they never got it, keep your tracking ID number also.

ONLY return the product once your bank has done the Charge Back and you have your money in your bank account.

If you have purchased and paid via PayPal contact PayPal for their Buyer Protection option and provide the same information as above.

Never again purchase from Becextech.. regardless of how much their pricing may look great, in the long run it is simply not worth the trouble

This was my second time ordering from them and I would definitely be ordering from them again in the future.
Customer service was great and quick to respond when I had to change my address after I had placed the order, and the open box phone I ordered arrived in perfect condition - I questioned whether it was "open box" at all!

First class service. A series of emails to tell me the status of my order. My Sony Xperia z4 took 5 days from the initial order to delivery (from Hong Kong). Well packed and addressed with an Australian converter plug added to the package. Excellent. I will be looking at this company the next time I am buying electronics.

I bought a samsung galaxy s4 phone, i thought i was buying a new and originall phone, after 3 months using the phone started to fail, downloading apps by itself, the charger didnt work, the screen broke, everything wrong with this product, i am supposed to have guarantee for one year, but this guys just make it really complicated...after back and forth emails they informed me some of the parts included on the phone might not be original from samsung and the phone was actually used... very dissapointed, i will never buy from then again and i dont reccommend this company at all.
