Their customer service was good as they contacted me to tell me the phone I ordered was out of stock and gave me option to exchange it with another phone but different color. Overall, I believe Becextech is trustworthy and so far the phone is in good condition and has Australian warranty and came with free postage insurance and it arrived safely. I would purchase through them again.
