Sent me an IPhone that didn't work then deliberately made me wait 7 weeks to repair it- now they claim there is nothing wrong with it but the repairer hasn't finished with it??? still no phone, I send them information and they ask for the info again and again - they have no intention of resolving this matter - I am starting court proceedings soon just to get my money back - they also take multiple unlawful transactions from your account - a supposed security payment? STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY

My overall experience with becextech.com.au was very good. From the date of ordering, the product was received in 10 days, which was a little longer than I anticipated, but acceptable given the long shipping time involved. Although there was no phone number given to contact becextech.com.au, communication was possible through either email or fax and tracking of the ordered product could be accessed through the established account.

The iPad Air 2 I bought was delivered with an US battery charger and US to Australian power adapter almost as big as the charger. When approached, BecexTech claim that the T&C's states "there may be a limited features or small variation on some products" and "AU stock is normally marked as Australian or AU stock on product title", hence you need to realise that the model is the "international" [US] model and that BecexTech "supplied the AU adapter for free since we have to adapt with our market segment, which means AU market in this case".
Further to get a tax invoice was like pulling teeth.

Price of item was very reasonable. Shipping time was quick, however I did not receive the email to say it had been shipped until I after I queried. When I did receive shipping details the tracking number was for someone else's order, causing some confusion. Once I received my item, it was well packaged and product works great. Overall, a satisfactory experience.
