I was a little apprehensive about handing over my hard earned money to an online company, but after reading reviews of Becextech, I felt a lot more comfortable. I ordered a Sony camera, but one accessories was not included. I emailed them and straight away they messaged me back with an apology and a plan to get me the correct item. I cannot fault them for the communication, that is for sure. They would reply within the hour most times.
The postage was really quick, even though there was hip cup, I was still impressed by the speed, price and communication.

Really fast delivery, and estimated delivery dates were spot on.Package was wrapped, handled and taken care of really well and purchasing my camera was super easy and fast. tracking and communication was really good! i will be sure making more purchases in the future.

I would NOT recommend this business at all. They have send me 2 dud phones and I have had to pay postage to return them. The first one kept shutting down randomly and the second one they sent me is locked to someone else's apple ID so now I am wondering whether I will ever get a refund or a workable phone. I ordered the phone in July 2015 and now its 20th Dec 2015 and I still don't have a phone or my money. Don't risk using this company.

I ordered a Sekonic light meter from this company and paid via PayPal. I took the trouble to email them to ensure that they had the item in stock and was assured by return email that they did. When my order had not progressed after 4 business days from placement I chased them up to find out what was happening. They told me via email that the item had been shipped and they were waiting on the Tracking number so that they could update the order via their website.

When I had still heard nothing after another day I chased them up again and said that I wanted proof that the item was being delivered or I wanted a refund.

Not long after my email I received a generic advice from them saying that the item was out of stock and I could either wait for new stock or request a refund. I requested an immediate refund.

I then received an email from a company representative who apologised for what had happened and said that they hoped it would not deter me from shopping with them in the future.

I can assure you that I would rather eat broken glass than shop with BecexTech again. I hate being lied to as I run my own business and I fully understand that customer service and honesty are critical in business, especially when people have easy access to online reviews.

My lasting impression of dealing with BecexTech is one of frustration, disappointment, and anger at the way they treated me. Caveat Emptor.

Order was received in good shape and on time. Great service and the reason I have purchased from Becextech for over years now. I have purchased items from other competitors and have had to return multiple orders over the years due to damaged items being received. Basically due to improper packaging. I know I can count on them

Price of item was very reasonable. Shipping time was quick, however I did not receive the email to say it had been shipped until I after I queried. When I did receive shipping details the tracking number was for someone else's order, causing some confusion. Once I received my item, it was well packaged and product works great. Overall, a satisfactory experience.

Phone had issues after only a couple of weeks. It was only after multiple complaints that I was asked to return the phone. They have now had the phone for over 4 weeks and after asking again what is happening the response I got was 'they are still working on it.' Not good enough!

Tracking of the ordered product is never a problem. Impressed with the quality service . Good phone overall for personal and business usage.

I did a lot of research and shopping around and finally decided that Becextech had the best package for the money. After ordering the package on Sunday I had the camera in my hands by Thursday, and yes, it was a great camera. I would highly recommend Becextech to all my friends, great package and great customer service.
