I received my item in perfect condition in three days (much quicker than what was advertised!). Phone purchase. Be very careful as ad is not consistent with product. BecexTech has issues with change. Tried to charge extra $ outside T&C & excessive fees for different product. The original product purchased, though wrong did arrive promptly. Unfortunately it was an international product and all in Chinese. It is a Christmas gift so hopefully it works when it is powered up and connected to network.

I placed an order for a panasonic GH4 on the 5th of dec, along with an extra battery, case and screen protector. the estimated time for delivery was at lease ten day but instead i received the camera 6 days later which was awesome. lack of lenses is preventing me from fully testing the camera but it seem's to be functioning fine beside yet to receive the extra's battery .. etc. thank you BecexTech. I will surely be returning for more business. update when i receive the rest of the order.

Customer service was better than anywhere else. They stayed ontop of any issues and kept in touch till everything was resolved.
The order for the iPhone went through without any issues and delivery by DHL was very efficient.
