Couriers Please - no thanks. When I had a missing delivery the customer service was awful, dismissive and borderline rude. I've given up ever seeing my parcel. Will never shop with businesses that use this company for delivery. Ever.

Unfortunately, the interstate seller of the items I purchased used Couriers Please. Had I known that in advance, I'd have shopped elsewhere, because I'm on a very tight time limit and I know from painful experience how unreliable Couriers Please is.

The seller advised (as does the tracking/consignment site) that it should have been delivered Friday...it's now late Monday afternoon and still no sign of my delivery.

I rang Couriers Please and spoke to someone who didn't sound as though she either knew or cared about what she was doing, but promised to call me back. Surprise, surprise...she never rang and I've had to contact the seller again to see if there's anything they can do to get my order delivered.

As a small business owner myself, I'd never put my customers through the aggro of using Couriers Please. It's Australia Post or nothing!

Easy to use and book, not to complain and resolve once theyve damaged your goods. They say they will call you back, and thats after an hour of arguing and speaking to three different people ( most of the time spent on hold ) they wont call you back. They dont accept liability for damage, they don't care and its not their problem. BEWARE

We sue Couriers Please regularly and are impressed with the local franchiser, Peter - Cheltenham, VIC. He is polite, punctual, knowledgeable and a genuine asset to our business, and always has good advice and is pleasant and polite, and I recommend him as well as Couriers Please in general as a whole company for reliable service for nationwide courier deliveries.

So, I ordered something online, from Harvey Norman and what is their delivery company of choice? Couriers Please.
Yes, they have online tracking, but even then, I couldn't track my parcel properly. And, why not? Because, apparently, South Morang, as suburban Melbourne as you could get, and only 30 k's from the city centre, is considered a ‘Country Area', by Couriers Please! So, because they don't actually deliver to South Morang, even though they state they do online, they use their ‘Country Agent', which is Australia Post!
But, they don't bother to tell the customer any of this (the customer being Harvey Norman, not me)!
Couriers Please can't even tell me why their Australia Post tracking number, is NOT attached to my Couriers Please tracking online!
After many days and many phone calls, my the whereabouts of my parcel, is still not exactly known!
Item ordered on 23rd April, today is 3rd of May.
The attitude of their (young) staff over the phone, is just disgraceful! I have spoken to three different people now and to say they were disinterested, to say the least, is an understatement. Unable to answer even the simplest of questions, poor customer service doesn't even begin to describe how they deal with people over the phone. They simply don't care.
They don't even notify their customer, (which in this case is actually Harvey Norman apparently), of the areas they DON'T deliver to, but happily accept Harvey Norman's contract and pick up parcels from Harvey Norman stores, for ‘alleged' delivery, by Couriers Please!
Their online PDF of areas for delivery is thereby false. South Morang is clearly listed, but as stated, they DO NOT deliver there. Don't even bother trying to use it!
If an actual Melbourne suburb 30 kilometres from a city centre is too far to deliver to, then I dread to think where else they don't actually deliver to.
This is one courier company, I highly recommend you all avoid!

Spent $90 on protein powder on eBay, thinking I was getting a bargain. The seller sent via Couriers Please - EXPRESS- to Adelaide from Melbourne. This took 11 days, and when I finally received the powder, they'd been so rough with it, not only had it worn through the plastic bag, but they'd smashed the lid, so now I had powder going everywhere. Being a consumable product, I no longer could use it. When I rang to lodge a complaint, they were about as much help as a blind seeing-eye dog.
