Absolutely appalling service. It took them 10 days to deliver one small parcel from Melbourne to Sydney.
The second parcel was received by them on 4 December and 12 days later it still hasn't been delivered.
When I called them they couldn't provide any information about the location of the parcel and just keep saying that they are having some delays. I asked to speak with their manager and they denied my request.
Because of this hopeless delivery service my son didn't get his birthday present. Subsequently we had to urgently buy him something else.
This courier company lack any professionalism, they don't care about anyone and their service is just appalling.

I will never buy something from a business that only uses Couriers Please for deliveries. Twice I've had packages sent to me using Couriers Please, and both times they haven't delivered them. The second time, they didn't even pretend to try and deliver it to my apartment: their website says it was received at their depot at 9.59am and then one minute later it was marked as "delivery attempt failed". They then drove it straight to a collection point nearly 3 kilometres away, even though there are lots of collection points much closer to my address. I've contact them repeatedly and they've refused to make a delivery attempt. Luckily the store was happy to give me a refund.

I'm a small business owner in Melbourne, and I used Couriers Please for an Internation delivery from Australia to New Zealand. A month post pickup the tracking still indicated it was in Sydney. I spoke to a Courier Please customer representative on the phone and she assured me that she had contacted the driver and the parcel would get to the customer in time for Halloween (which it was ordered for). She also said the resolution centre would contact me regarding the issue and confirmed I could contact the customer and let them know that the parcel was on its way.
The parcel never turned up to the customer and the resolution centre never contacted me. I tried contacting Couriers Please again and for a third time I was told they would ensure they get the resolution centre to contact me. I never heard from them. If you're a business that values customer service, honesty, and transparency, DO NOT USE COURIERS PLEASE.
The service they made me pay for was not fulfilled. The tracking wasn't updated and they refused to communicate the issue honestly or rectify it. The customer did not get the parcel on time and requested a full refund, which I granted, because that's what businesses with integrity do. As a small business, I lose out. NEVER AGAIN!

After waiting two weeks for a package from kmart lying about having tried to deliver it - I was obviously home the whole time, we were in the middle of covid lockdown and I could literally only leave the home to go shopping, but I couldn’t walk so I didn’t - they left it at a news agency 3km from my house. When I complained that I couldn’t go and pick it up because I had had an operation, I was told me in their exact words that they were “taking the very case seriously”.. but even dared to suggest that I still had to go and pick up the package that had not been delivered due to the fact that they had not attempted to contact me while supposedly delivering.

Today, after trusting their emails that they were taking the issue seriously, they sent me an email stating that the package had been returned to the sender. They dropped off the package further away from my house than the warehouse it was shipped from. And in the middle of covid to a customer who couldn’t leave their house, all they did was to repeatedly lie about the delivery attempts and their efforts to correct their error after the failed delivery attempt.

This company does not have the best interests of their customers in mind and they would rather lie than admit it.

This is my 2nd time dealing with and it's the same experience.
Their service is atrocious and disgraceful. After calling every day for 2.5 weeks, my courier was returned to sender. They are not even giving me a refund of shipping charges and on ebay you have marked it as sent. Complaint Ref # 3342453

Couriers Please emailed me saying my item had been delivered to my apartment . However my webcam showed no deliveries for that day. I emailed Couriers Please to say I had not received the package and they responded with a photo of a package at a warehouse claiming that was proof of delivery. I guess its just lost in the ether now. It's not the first time I've been burnt by Couriers Please..

I own a small business a required my product to be delivered to a suburb that was well over an hour from me to which I could not get too. Paid for a "same day delivery" service (not even sure that exists), my parcel was picked up 2 days later than for when it was booked for, then just never delivered to the client.
I was on the phone to them every single day for an entire week, I spoke to supervisors and they all just delayed the process by saying "it'll be delivered tomorrow" as they didn't know where my parcel was and didn't have the driver's contact details. I made the decision to redo my client's order and drive up on a Saturday to deliver it personally and when I got there I received an email saying "parcel had been successfully delivered", which it was not. I lodged another complaint to which their response was "after further investigation we can see your parcel was delivered therefore we will not provide you with a refund/reimbursement for your items". Client has confirmed they never received anything from this company.
This is by far the WORST service I have ever dealt with both personally and professionally and was such a stressful experience. The fact that they don't put the customer first and lie about things just to get out of it is utterly disgusting.
Don't ever USE this company for anything, I know I've learnt my lesson. I'm just glad I didn't spend much to lose it.
Most disgusting employees I have ever dealt with, so rude and incompetent. They couldn't even take my number down correctly when I asked someone to call me (probably did it on purpose to they wouldn't have to speak to me). NEVER AGAIN!

Once again, delivery card advising "pop-shop" pick up next day, no pin number provided.

Pop shop cannot open locker, and parcel not tracked anywhere, no one can help.

Pop shop staff says "I bet they have no idea where your parcel is - happens all the time with this company"

Another day wasted.

A plea to businesses out there - please spare your customers the irritation of having goods delivered by this company. I suspect the reason you use them is because they are cheap, but all they do is alienate the customer away from your business.

A large package coming from Sydney to Hobart was not received within the guaranteed time. Customer service agents were ignorant and unhelpful. Company blatantly lied to me and used delaying tactics as they were unable to locate the package. 4 days after scheduled delivery date the package has still not arrived and the Courier still has not located it! What a joke! Do not use this company if you want a reliable service!
