Animals came home happy dog no side affects whatsoever, Burmese less traumatized than normal, Happy Days

We boarded both our cat and dog when we went away for a weekend, and both were extremely happy and settled when we picked them up.

My pet was really happy when he was picked up. I had no waiting time when dropping off and picking up.

My dog has stayed at Hanrob 2 times this year and I am so happy with the dedication the staff have for the pets. My dog is on a special diet and medication and the staff made sure he would eat his food and feel at home. MY dog has stayed in both the standard and luxury accommodation and both were good although luxury is more expensive it is more what my dog is used to at home. At Hanrob a dog is not just a dog every dog is different and requires different needs and they deliver on that. I would get updates on my dog regularly and that piece of mind made me feel more relaxed while I was on my trip. The staff work long hours to make sure our pets are happy and safe and I can't thank them enough for their commitment and dedication they give to our pets, a special thank you to Christina and Angela.

I use Hanrob regularly for Pet care and my dog always come back looking happy and clean. Twice my dog had an ear infection (not their fault, type of dog) and they had a vet treat her and called me to let me know and also rang to check after how she was.

Our dog was only there for one night, we booked him into the luxury accommodation which was amazing. He seemed to have a great time and was exhausted from his long play time. All of the staff were so friendly and caring. Would definitely use their services again.

I love Hanrob. :) My boyfriend and I have left our cat Sophie at the Hanrob Pet Hotel in Heathcote three times now, and we'll keep using Hanrob every time we go on holiday. I always look forward to receiving Sophie's little "report card" -- it's the cutest thing! :) And the fact that Hanrob sent us photos of Sophie during our holiday was very sweet too. During her last stay Sophie was groomed as well and she came home smelling wonderful!! :) Thank you, Hanrob, for your excellent service.

Great! Thanks everyone, our dog Maddie had a great time and even though we didnt request her to be bathed, initiative by her carer to bath her as she got dirty in play time was neat, thanks. Made ou short visit to sydney stress free.

This was the first time I had boarded my cat and found the service at Hanrob to be very good. The pick up and drop off service was very convenient as the vet was nly a few minutes formwhere i lived. It save be a lot of time especially with a midday flight! My cat came back very clean and happy and i even got a report card as to how he went in his time with them ( although they did describt him as a "she").
My only complaint would be that playtime for him was an additional cost and not part of the service - i think it would be good if these additional extrs were costed upfront on the website.
Overall though, Iwas very happy with the sevice and would use them again.
