I believe this company to be selling things they don’t have in stock or access to. 14 days and it hasn’t even been sent out…this is terrible service. I should of stuck with kogan.

UPDATE: For anyone who lost their money to this scumbag company and never received your order, try to dispute the transaction and get the refund from your bank or paypal. The process took some time but I have successfully obtained a refund from my bank. However, this company has the audacity to harass me and asked me numerous times via email + phone to call my bank and reverse the charge back. UNBELIEVABLE. I will report them to ACCC.

I ordered this item on 05/01/2022 and after numerous attempts to get clarity on the ETA to no avail and regularly checking the tracking details, I was finally informed that my parcel was delivered on 03/02/2022 (even though their website says it takes 4-8 working days for delivery). However, to my utter dismay, no one rang my doorbell and I have never received my item. I have contacted the vendor and the courier company and even though they couldn't produce proof of signature signed by me, no resolution has been reached (either by re-delivery/refund). I am now left out of pocket for the item I have never received. I wish I had done my due diligence and read the reviews before ordering from this company. I will never order from them again and I will never recommend this vendor to anybody. It is extremely disappointing that the vendor would take advantage of people and take someone's money during this pandemic for items that will never get delivered. BEWARE PEOPLE!!

We placed the order 1 month ago with order number 19321 for 3 items After a number of emails complaint, we finally received 1 item today with the other items missed. Will send email to complaints. The chance to get money back looks very low. Might consider to lodge to ACCC.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They are incompetent & not worth the headaches! Don't bother calling because they give you a bogus message about all operators being busy. They treat you like an idiot & fill you with rubbish. Go to www.mydeal.com.au instead. They delivered an order within 2 days of ordering. Meanwhile, 3 weeks later, I am still waiting for answers from HAP. Not at all happy. I only gave them 1 star because you can't not give a star.

I purchased something for my daughter from these guys that was a couple r weeks ago now I haven’t heard anything but nonsense spent almost $300 and doubt I’ll receive my item before my daughters birthday this month. Hoping maybe I can get a refund because it’s near on impossible to get in contact with these people Very unprofessional might take other’s advice and let the ACCC KNOW ABOUT THIS.
