Absolutely terrible experience. Ordered on the 20th Jan 2022 and wasn't dispatched for two weeks and only after many phone calls and emails. The delay has cost me money. Don't deal with these people.

Have ordered an electric ride on car a couple weeks ago. Got a confirmation email with order number. But that’s the last I have heard. Have left a voice mail with name and number and also sent an Email with my co firmed ordered number and details. And nothing back from anyone. So disappointing. And have taken my money. Will never use again and make sure I tell as many people as I can

UPDATE: As I got action and my product I have updated the score to 3 stars.

After emailing HAP - to [removed name] as advise by HAP, I was contacted within two days and the product arrived four day later. So that was a great final outcome.

No. Home Appliance Plus have taken my $250 plus and not notified me of anything they have promised. No notification by email of item being dispatched.
So I emailed them four days ago, no response. Phone calls X 6 say wait for is we are busy and then after 1 minute 30 seconds you get that there is no one available so leave a message. None of my messages returned.
On my eighth call I get to speak to a person. Who has no record of my order. Funny about that my credit cards has a record of being charged. I give them order no, my phone number, my email address, I am on hold as they find whatever for 20 minutes. I am told it will be another 7-10 days - absolute circus and impossible to feel good about. Where are they? phone says Horsham, I am told Portland, bank Visa charged Nar Nar Goon, Gippsland.
Incomprehensible person as “call centre” does not understand english or listen to questions, so responses are basically useless.
Customer Service = zero, Contact-ability = worse than Centrelink, responses = value less.

I see that I have the same responses as everyone - email to emma. No contact phone number from Richard843. emailing has to date produced nothing so why would I repeat a failing process.
I will contact them again on Monday as the promise of an email when product has been sent has not been forthcoming.
I will update this, I have spoken with those I will get to resolve this matter - I will update on the 8th.

FINAL result positive.

Scam artists. Ordered a fire pump on the 12th of December 2021 their web page said it was in stock. When I didn't receive my order I face book messaged them x2 and was told they are looking into my order. Then I emailed and this time was told my item was damaged and asked would I like to wait for resupply with a possible long wait time. I asked for a refund. I've just received a email suggesting store credit or pick something else out from their web page. Very slow response to my messages and no acknowledgement of what I said in previous messages. Clearly never had a fire pump in the first place and are just stalling hoping ill go away. By the way I had to give a rating to publish this review if it were up to me they would get no stars.

Ordered a massager as a Christmas first they told the item is faulty then out of stocks. Then mentioned different Restocking dates. Then i requested a refund and never received my money back.

I also have attempted multiple times to contact them without success. Over a month and other than confirmation of my order email no tracking number, update or item despite paying money. I have left voice mail messages and emails. Emails are undeliverable despite even in comments on this website providing email addresses they don't work either. Definitely scam. Will be contacting ACCC and lodging dispute. There is no excuse for poor customer service. Even in today's climate I have ordered and received RAgT delivery before getting this chair and that is saying something.

We have tried contact with you but makes it hard when you dont have your contact information please post your order number we will be straight onto the problem cant fix issues if customers hide there details we are human after all

Received reply via word of mouth blaming me for not providing my details when if you are genuine website I provided all of them and in the countless voice mail messages and emails. Only response I have received supposedly from company was when posted review on this site. My order number is 16612. You have my details contact me.

I purchased a chair from this seller through afterpay and after a month or so having received no goods from this company or even tracking notification I contacted them and was advised that they did not have this item in stock and did not know when to expect it. I requested a refund and although they agreed almost a month later I have not received it. Close to 2 months now and they have provided no chair and no refund!!!
