Ordered two single mattresses for my children, order never arrived. Received two emails telling me to rest assured that they were on their way, only for them never to arrive. Children slept on floor until we could afford to just orer new mattresses from a reliable retailer.
Look for all one star comments from this supplier: most of them are complaining about products that never arrive. Uncontactable service. The 5 star ones are short and glowing: clear marker of faked reviews completed by the business to try and bury poor and true reviews.
Avoid at all costs - this company take orders, money, and run.

I would never recommend this business. The best I can say is that tho are scammers. At worst they are blatant thieves. Ordered item on 7/4. On 10/4 was told my item was in warehouse. Tried to get expedited delivery and there the fun began.
Their‘customer service’ is in Philippines. After being on told for up to an hour listening to a dreadfully monotonous hold tune they’ll simply pretend to contact their warehouse ( which may not exist) and you’ll told that your item is ready for collection but it might take 24-48 hours. 3 weeks and many phone call Olathe the message is the same.
If you buy from these scammers be prepared for one of two things: you’ll lose you money or spend hours getting the run around until you become such a nuisance that they’ll finally send you the item. But don’t hold your breath.
Buy from a locally based store with a physical store front.

I would be very weary of comments leaving 5 stars for this company. Note they are all on the same day, for a few days in a row, and seem to be attempting to bury the significant amount of one star, deeply dissatisfied customer reviews in the pages following.

An absolute nightmare company to deal with. they have no customer support & never respond. had to go through fair trading for a refund. be very aware that not all is what it seems with home appliances plus.
Their website chat always has an error, their phone number rings out & there’s never a response to emails, the company completely comes across as a scam

Excellent price but I, like others, had concerns over the lack of communication/contact. When we finally did receive shipping notification it came very quickly after. Products were well packaged but one item had a slight defect which we decided to not follow up about.

Customers shouldn't need to revert to our financial institutions when cowboy operations know how to stifle customers. Every so often the get the wrong one though & all the poor practices are at risk of being uncovered by an energetic pursuit of an inquiry.
