First time buying and found them great. I can't comment on the quality yet as it hasn't been opened. Rooms in the middle of a Reno.
We have ordered in the February, have fully paid for the order. The order never came through. Phone is not answered . Emails are not answered. This is an expencive set of furniture, not just couple of hundreds. I have contacted them in Facebook but have got a very generic replies probably sent by bot. Never give a cent to this company for anything- you will be cheated. So sad this still happens nowdays.

Haha . I have called customer service by phone, chat and email several times and have raised a number of tickets and have never had the same answer. I have had no response. You have blamed: Easter, warehouse holiday, courier, covid, refund backlog, system shutdown, system delays, order glitch, website glitch, wrong pricing, payment delay. etc etc. I have cancelled my product after waiting 3 weeks with no tracking number provided for an in stock item. You have 306/327 one star reviews on productreview so I suggest the majority of reviews on this site are fake. You havent given me a refund and there has been no response to my many tickets from your refund team. I am complaining to ACCC about fake reviews on our website and others. Bad business. Do NOT buy from these people.

This company took my money and never delivered my product or refund. I ordered a mattress for my daughter on over 7 weeks ago and it has still not arrived. I asked for a refund and was refused. I asked for a tracking number and have not been provided one. I asked where my product was and was told I would be notified once it had been dispatched. I called and was rerouted to a call-service in India even though this company claims to be Australian (Melbourne). Each time i was promised that my refund would be escalated to the highest level and processed immediately. This never happened. Even to this day, my order still shows as “awaiting dispatch”. Never ever ever give your money to this company for anything- you will not receive a product and will never get your money back. i was disappointed by the nonexistent customer service. Would leave ZERO stars if that were an option."

Our order never arrived . Complaint lodged and legal actions are going to be started .
HAP is not operating itself in the manner in which a business should in this country and is breaking consumer law on many of its deliveries.
if you run the business - you might want to look at consumer law in this country and actually upholding your obligations as a business and not just keep peoples money after not fulfilling orders, I'd have given you a chance, but I'm looking at these reviews and all I can say is ohmbudsman, and possibly class action.

Items purchased included office chair, tent, bed frame and BBQ. All items were of good quality and communication between time of order to delivery was excellent.
