I was hesitated ordering on this website after hearing and reading the mixed reviews, though I am glad I did. I bought on this website for $27.00 with free shipping saved money and I like that.

My issue is not so much with this company as it is with the courier company they use “Aramex” I have been waiting over a month for a cupboard I ordered that was sent through Aramex. An airfryer I ordered which they sent through Australia post arrived within 2 weeks and I was happy with this purchase.
I won’t buy from Home Appliances Plus , or any other company , that use Aramex , as this is a highly incompetent company and always has been , even under their old name Fastway couriers.

I bought my rangehoods 1 month ago and I haven’t even recieved the tracking number or order .
I emailed them more than 10 times with no response or automated response blaming covid . Don’t trust them or buy anything of them . Try to call the hotline before u buy anything of them , they never answer and that will say a lot .

I’d give less then a star if I could .. I ordered an office chair nearly 8 weeks ago.. been trying to contact the company non stop.. finally got through on the phone and I requested a refund asap!! They said no problem and apparently sent my details to the refunds department .. a week later I get an email only giving me 3 options and a refund not being one of them!! Absolutely disgusted in their service and I’m going to continue to push for a refund !

Adding: I’d give less than one star of it allowed me.. ordered an office chair nearly 2 months back for $90 .. haven’t received anything , I’ve been asking for a refund for weeks now, they no longer answer my calls and don’t respond to emails! I did receive an email last week from them although it was attention to Sarah! I’m not Sarah! And I don’t order a damn lawn mower!!!! I’ve had to report it to my bank as fraud and they have opened an investigation… I’m disgusted in the complete lack of customer service ! They are meant to be in Melbourne although their customer service is in the US so I wander if it’s a scam !

I should have read the real reviews at the end of this blog. This company has absolutely no customer service. I have not received a shipping notification after two weeks. Three emails and one chat note and still nothing. No contact just the same tired old excuses.

Ok once I got their attention things happened very quickly. My item was despatched and arrived within a week. It was in good order and just as advertised. Thank you.

I do not understand the other reviews here. They appear to take orders, and can tell you your order is ready to be picked up, (and has been for days), but cannot give you any sort of timeframe of when that will happen. You would think that after a week of your order is in the warehouse ready for shipping" they would be able to commit to a shipping timeframe. Their phone service and online chat cannot commit to any timeframes. They are reluctant to refund your credit card, instead wanting to give you an in-house credit. They do not respond to mail sent to info@ address. I repeatedly asked for timeframes for deliveries and refunds and they refused to answer. It screams scam to me, will see if I get the refund in a reasonable timeframe.
