This is the first time I have used this on line store. The purchase was just prior to the floods that effected delivery times. I ordered a large exterior blind, the price was the best I could find online. Delivery was delayed, due to the circumstances, but when it arrived it seemed quiet good quality. It's providing shade to the back of our car, which is what we needed. So I'm sure I will check them out for any future purchases. Carol

I definitely wouldn't at this point... I ordered (and paid for) a battery more than 3 weeks ago and cannot get ANY information as to the delivery status other than "order is awaiting fulfillment"... ummm I know it's awaiting fulfillment that is why I am following it up... very not impressed !!!

The original item was not received after a couple of weeks & it was only after I asked about it that I was told it was no longer available. The replacement item looks identical but was more expensive but I did not have to pay increment (though your system did ask me to).

Purchased the water cooler / hot water unit online. Given it was COVID, the unit arrived in two separate deliveries within a couple of weeks. Very will packed and easy to put together. Had it up and running in about 10 minutes. Convenient switches on the side to separately turn on and off the hot and cold waters, helps saves on electricity when you are away. The hot water is hot enough for a good cup of tea and we get two large mugs of hot water before it starts to heat the water again. This unit chills the water to a lower temperature than other models out there in the market place. And was one of the main reasons while I purchased this unit. Overall very happy with the Water Cooler.

Eventually got my refund. Took extreme measures, but they did offer to make up for my poor experience.
Owner advises exponential growth and staff issues for lack of communication. Moving forward, apparently these issues have been addressed.
