We recently completed a double storied extension to our house for which JAE Electrics completed all the electrical fit out. Nothing was either to big or too small and was completed with efficiency and promptness. Extra work requests which were not straightforward such as fitting an existing sound system to new cabinetry was solved with excellent results. I cannot recommend John highly enough.

3 Powerpoints, 3 outdoor lights, 3 downlights, and switchboard, great job, magnificent person, does excellent work and recommend him again, again, again, again, today 5.2.2016 John came to the house as requested to fix electric doorbell he instatlled (condition free of charge as it had been serviced once and still broke down) John Asked who installed doorbell, told him it was you, picked a verbal fight and left residents, not fixing doorbell.

We had a power blackout on our property and had no clue as to how to resolve this. John came out late Saturday afternoon and quickly tracked down the problem. ( my husband had mowed over the connection for a water feature and severed it, good work hubby). As we have not been in the house long, John always did a check on the whole house to make sure there were no other spots waiting for hubby to destroy.

He went above what he needed to do, explained everything fully and was overall was very helpful to 2 people who have no clue on an electrical basis.

We will be getting John back very soon to do some jobs that we want done.

John came out on a wet and cold Sunday to restore our electricity which had been out for 2 days. He really went above and beyond by taking the time to explain to me the problem, fixing it and then helped find another tradie for me to use to repalce the ducted heating. John upgraded our mains, moved the switchboard and meter and changed over 5 light fittings as well - couldn't be happier!

Friendly and helpful in his approach, he went the extra step to teach us what the plan was so we were comfortable with the work that was going on.
