Bought some beautiful tatami mats from Japanache (actually my third purchase from them - I also have some lovely futons and Goza mats) and the response time to my enquiry, details and deliver all ran perfectly.

Purchased a futon set with quilt and also a Tatami Bed from Japanache. Service was great and the emails were always replied promptly and were extremely helpful. The bed and the futon was sent quickly down and packaged wonderfully.
Just finished putting everything together and I am so happy with the bed and the futon is just what I had been looking for. Good quality and design products which are definitely worth it. Would not hesitate to buy more products with Japanache in the future.

Absolutely excellent!!! Was very hesitant to purchase online sight unseen for such an important item as a bed/mattress. Initially I wasn't sure which would suit me, with chronic back issues, so I sent many emails with questions and concerns and each one was answered promptly and graciously. When I finally purchased, the delivery was excellent, the futon was packaged well and I was extremely impressed. I then placed an order for a covers and pillow cases in the fabric to match. The pattern I had chosen was not a stock product and was told it would be made for me. When I received these items, again perfectly delivered, I was amazed at the quality of workmanship. Beautiful work, beautiful quality and perfect fit.

The beautiful Japanese piece I bought was exactly as shown and described online (I have not seen another like it) - the colour of the wood was true. Japanache said it would arrive on a particular day and it did. Brilliantly packed for a delicate piece. Total satisfaction, Richard was extremely pleasant and friendly. I'm a fresh skilled russian migrant settling here in Australia. While staying at friends decided to buy a futon cause its not heavy and you can bring it anywhere in a bag. A friend uses an australian made futon which really heavy! But Japanache's futons are light. I like the smell of it. Smells like its made of natural components. I sleep very well now. Like this idea and style of sleeping. Good value. You pay for the quality.
I spoke to Richard on the phone and he was very helpful. Explained all in details. I was lucky enough because I put my order just 25 min before the courier came.The next day i received it. very low cost and quick delivery. Highly recommend this company.

I got a futon set. And it was delivered very fast. Came with a free storage bag and was packed well. Had been looking OS to get one for a while. I found with the shipping ect it was better value to get it here. I'm very happy with the pattern design, was hard to pick one as they were all nice. Thanks heaps for the great service and friendly shopping.

I could not fault anything about Japanache. We had unexpected guests visit from Japan (SURPRISE!) and wanted traditional bedding for them.
I called Japanache on the Thursday and had our 3 futons delivered to Sydney at 8am the next morning. We were shocked with the service and the quality is fantastic. we even got some bags to re-vacuum them for storage.
