I am very pleased with my futon and goza mat. It's a very high quality product and just lovely to sleep on. So I decided to buy a second one. Delivery was very fast and efficient. Richard was very helpful.

We highly recommend Japanache for genuine, traditional futons and tatami. Richard was very helpful, friendly and professional with our purchase of a tatami bed and 2 futons. They had to travel a long distance but were very well packed and arrived safely. The bed is not only wonderful to sleep in, it’s so beautifully made and crafted, and is a very special piece of furniture. We love our bed and futons!

I bought a futon from Japanache and was really really happy with it. The fabric it's made of is just beautiful.
I live in a regional area and had some difficulty getting the futon delivered (purely a difficulty with the local courier, not Japanache). Without any prompting from me (though I was wondering what had happened to it) the people at Japanache contacted me about whether I'd received it and chased down the delivery. They were efficient and very lovely to deal with. Would recommend them to anyone after a proper Japanese futon.
