Bought 2 queen futons. Feels like we live in Japan again :) Very firm bedding. Neck and back (bra strap area) no longer hurt daily! Kids sleep so well too and 'fight' me for the futons. Don't know why we waited so long to buy them, should have bought them years ago!

I bought this tatami mat bed following my happy purchase of the futon mattress+bedding set. These are genuine Japanese products made with natural high quality materials and made with traditional methods. I really hate plastic/nylon/artificial rubbish so I am so happy. The tatami surface has a good "give" under the futon. It smells lovely (natural reedy scent) and the brocade is attractive. Assembly of frame was straightforward.

Courier service was organized promptly with no issues.

Always speedy and friendly service

We bought futon, goza mats and kotatsu from Japanache online. The purchasing process was really smooth and quick. The products arrived around a week after we bought it and they all excellent in quality. We love the king size futon. First time airing it outside, we thought the size was a bit small for king size standard but once we laid it on the floor it was actually wider than our normal queen size matress. We can't wait to use the kotatsu this winter.

Most fabulous real futons ever!!! Best service and REALLY fast delivery. I have two and each purchase was perfect and each futon lovely, comfortable and the craftsmanship is truly that of a master. Each bed comes with a gorgeous cotton sheet with a zipper side for easy on an off for washing as well. The experience is a winner in all ways.

Really good quality, great instruction of care. Website need an update to make it more user friendly but seller is very responsive to email. And the product takes only 2days to arrived from Queensland to Melbourne
