Richard is so friendly and helpful with all the questions I had. The product arrived very quickly even given the difficulties facing shipping across Australia during the time of purchase. The futon set (mattress and duvet) were both brilliant, exact dimensions as described and actually so comfortable, some morning I am surprised I am on the floor and not a mattress. The value is better than for a mattress and it is far more sanitary to use a futon which can be sunned and 'cleaned' to an extent which is far greater and easier than a mattress.

I'm very pleased that I decided to make the move to an authentic Japanese futon, and I couldn't ask for better product quality and service than Japanache. I noticed the difference in my back health in the first few weeks of sleeping on my back on the futon. The futon itself looks amazing and was obviously made by a master of their craft. These guys are very thorough with their product care information that comes with the futon, and obviously have a lot of experience and knowledge!
