I have moved twice with them and both times have been so impressed with the service, booking is easy, on they day they are on time, the movers are friendly and helpful and so well organised, and they look after your things really well. I've recommended them to everyone I know who has moved, and everyone who has used them has been just as impressed. And the best part - they are actually more affordable than a lot of their competition! I can't say enough good things about them!

After living in the house for 25 years and accumulating too much we needed three separate shifts over three days to separate suburbs, the shifts included General household furniture, very heavy antiques, pinball machine and slate billiard table. Some items had to be taken from an upper level through double doors, these could not be taken down by stairs so a forklift had to be used. All the men who worked over the three days were so professional, efficient and most of all very nice and, with a great sense of humor which makes a very stressful situation much easier. I would recommend Metro Movers without hestitation.

Metromovers moved me and my partner move home within the metro melbourne area. The guys (Dan and Andy) were fantastic - dressed in clean and professional uniforms, with a quality truck that was clean. They were good humoured all day and helped us out on anything we were struggling with from dismantling furniture to helping us reverse the fridge door. They had the right equipment to do everything and both guys were VERY strong. most importantly, nothing broke! Also VERY good value for money. I can't recommend Metromovers enough.

Moved belongings - furniture, boxes, fridges, beds etc. from one location to another. The 2 men who came to help me move were punctual, friendly and extremely co-operative. They worked as a team with me and 2 other friends of mine who came to assist. They were hardworking and pleasant to work with. Highly recommended! Thank you Metro Movers guys & girls for making my move stress free. I recently moved house after 15 yrs and had accumulated a fair bit of stuff. I was a little apprehensive as I lived on a very busy main road and was concerned about traffic and clearway times etc; Metro Movers used two trucks to help speed the move and also happily moved a sandpit full of sand. The team on the day were fantastic; so happy, professional and efficient.

Moved my 3 bedroom house from Malvern to South Yarra. Office staff were knowledgable, friendly and anticipated my requirements well. The guys on the day were brilliant - I was apprehensive on the hourly rate, but they powered through the day and at the slowest point were 'power walking'. No damages, done faster than my last few moves and had a friendly crew that seemed to enjoy their job!

I was worried about booking my move by the hour as I had had a previous experience with another company a few years ago where they took all day and had to do 3 trips in a small truck. Metromovers guarantee that if you are not happy with the pace at which the removals staff are working then you can get money back for time wasted. Of course, they were so quick and so careful that everything was moved by lunchtime and the unpackers finished unpacking all my boxes by 6pm. We sat down to a family dinner in our new home the same day as our move!!. the truck was so big that everything fitted in one load with room to spare. I dont plan to move again for a long time but will definitely use Metromovers if I do.

really good value for money. Metromovers moved my home in almost half the time of another useless crowd that were a little cheaper. So my move actually cost a lot less and all my furniture was wrapped so carefully that nothing was broken. I really liked the removalists as well. They were softly spoken but so strong and careful. They carried my piano as though it weighed nothing at all. Suitably impressed!

Metromovers completed my relocation from Camberwell to Port Melbourne last week. I would just like to thank all the removalists involved in making this move so hassle free. First of all, [name removed] who took my booking was most helpful in sorting out my storage and delivery requirements. Then the guys that did the pickup from Camberwell were prompt and efficient. The 2 guys, that delivered to my apartment had, what I would think was a difficult move-in, but they handled it with great care, and were happy and cheery the whole time. I would also like to mention that I had not one breakage in all of this. Moving house is such a difficult time in any case, it really helps when the removalist company is so good that it makes at least one aspect of moving such a breeze. I will definitely recommend Metromovers to anyone requiring this caliber of service.
