The worst company and post sales customer service I have ever dealt with. Please do not use them. Having moved from large properties several times before, this was supposed to be a text book, easy move which turned out to be the worst moving experience I have ever had. This move was a 1 bedroom apartment, 7 minutes away to a storage facility. About 10 boxes, 7 large items, no bed/mattress or fridge to move. Building had a lift so move should have been easy. Move took over three hours, movers broke property, didn't listen to instructions and were unprofessional. I am still waiting to be reimbursed for the broken property 8 months later after they agreed they would. They are now hanging up on me when I call to confirm when this will come through. This is by far the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. I hope this review helps steer people away from them. They should not be operating as a removalist business.

I've never disliked a company so much. You'll regret using them and end up bitter like I am. They didnt turn up and ruined my move. There customer service is a merry go round. You'll never get your money .

Absolutely useless. Removalists were late, they were good but not fast and I was overcharged significantly. The changes were late, twice, totally useless and now I have to get someone else in. Waste of time and I am so incredibly disappointed. Horrible service.

Would give less then 1 star if I could.
They have been a [removed word] to get in touch with, we have been waiting for over a month for someone to get in contact with us regarding being overcharged and compensated for the extensive damage they caused to walls in our house and our furniture.
They showed up over 2 hours late for job and only had 1 child sized blanket to cover up furniture.
Could not encourage prospective customers to look elsewhere more.

Stole my money.

Called to book the 26th of August with them, they confirmed, then called back later that day saying they couldn’t do the 26th of August. I said ok well I can’t book with you then. They had already charged me a deposit. A week later they charged me a removalist fee of $175.50 and ever since I’ve tried calling them, they hang up or disconnect their phone.

Dishonest, unreliable.
1 bedroom apartment

- I booked Mymoovers for Saturday 1:30pm, they called and told me there was a truck accident and so would be delayed until 3:30pm. Arrived at 4:05pm.
- Small apartment moving Loungeroom , 1 bedroom and a fridge took 3.5hrs to pack the truck!
- Truck took 1hour 45mins to complete the 1hour 9min journey Southbank to Geelong despite confirming with me the address and travel time before leaving.
Whole truck unpacked 33mins.
Charged me for 6hours when it had only been 5:45 and had been quoted 3:30!!!
$872.50+$50 deposit
Phone number on receipt has been disconnected.
Tried all other numbers and wont answer my calls or respond to email.

Do not use this removalist service.
They are non-communicative, damaged furniture and broke a key in a lock without telling me.
The administration is awful and they accessed my accounts without authorisation to put through a second payment so that I have paid for the service twice and am $880 out of pocket. They did this after assuring me they did not keep back details on file when paying the deposit. They refuse to return my calls or respond to my emails. It appears that they are screening my phone number on both public lines listed. I have lodged a disputed transaction with my bank but My Moovers are making it very difficult to get my money back. Awful and unprofessional.

DO NOT USE EVER!!!!
We had organised them to help us move, they didn't show up and after 2 hours of going back and forth and trying to contact the company via phone, mobile, text, email and Facebook they still couldn't confirm if someone was actually going to show up!! We had to move so we cancelled them and found someone else! most stressful day turned worse because of this unprofessional company!!! I am still trying to get my deposit back despite being told it will be refunded by their Support officer. They are now not responding to any communication and even hanging up on me when I call.

Complaint sent on 1st July with 2 follow up emails and one response that they will “look into things” with no other correspondence and NO resolution

I am writing to complain regarding the move I had on 30th June at 9am from Langwarrin to St Kilda East.
I was assured and have attached txt message to prove it was $110ph with no further costs however I was charged a “credit card fee” although I paid by a debit card so not only was the statement a lie but I was also incorrectly charged this fee.
I was told that I would not pay by 30 min increments but for every min on a pro data basis. I was charged for 3 hours when the job was completed in less than 2 hr 40. I was assured the clock would go on when the first piece of furniture went in and stop when the last came out but this did not happen they asked half way through for payment for 3 hours and when questioned was told that’s how long it would take. They were VERY slow and should have easily finished in the 2.5 hours quoted.
When moving in the couch they didn’t secure the fold out bed inside and it came out and marked the wall which I will now need to paint over or pay for from my rental bond (please see picture attached)
When time came to make my bed I realised the pole for the bed had been left behind at the pick up location and I was unable to configure my bed and don’t know when I will be able to get the pole to my house as it doesn’t fit in my car.

On further inspection I have seen significant scratches on my furniture. 
The men will ensure they did not do this as they did point out some wear and tear on the items. But not giant scratches in the middle of my bed head, dining table and tv unit. 
This is beyond ridiculous and such poor service.

Be warned! 8.5 hours to move from a 2-bedroom apartment. Stay away from these movers!!

The movers turned up 2 hours before the scheduled time without any warning. It took 2 movers 8.5 hours to move a 2-bedroom apartment + a 12cubic metre storage cage. We had already packed our things for the move! The old apartment has an elevator. The new apartment (8km away) is on the ground floor. 8.5 hours is beyond a joke! I specifically asked for a big truck, so there would be plenty of space and the movers wouldn't have to spend much time fitting things in the truck. 8.5 hours with an 8-tonne truck and the moving cost of over $1000, I still had damaged items. The movers could only move one TV and were not equipped to move a 100cm x 60cm glass tabletop panel. What is this?
