Yesterday I put up my request and Kaity from customer service team responded very promptly booking me a plumber after half an hour of my inquiry. The plumber was very professional and took his time to explain me the issue of my blocked drain. He also gave me good advice and taught me what are the things to look out for. The blockage was cleared by two hours and his charge was reasonable compared to other plumbers who charge very highly. Very satisfied with their service and would use them again.

We had Priority One Plumbing at our factory today to fix a leaky tap. Not only did they fix the problem quickly, they also saved us $1200 by repairing the leak over purchasing a new spray arm. The staffs from Priority One Plumbing were friendly to deal with and was careful to keep my place clean when one of the plumber took a look to repair my hot water unit.The unit was old and the repair was excellent.I wish all trades were this good to deal with.I can certainly recommend them for all electrical and plumbing work which they provide in a reasonable cost.
