I came to know about Priority One Plumbing from my neighbour when I need a plumber to replace my water heater. My neighbour was very happy with their price and service hence I thought to give a try. In fact my experience wasn't bad, they were awesome. Did the inspection first and tried their best if they could repair it. But unfortunately, there was no other way other than to replace the 30 yr old water heater. The plumber replaced the water heater for an affordable price. I expected to be more than $ 4000 but their quote seem to be genuine and trustable. It was less than $3500. Great plumbing company, allowed me to pay the payment in instalments considering my financial situation. Would use them again as they are not like other money eating plumbing companies.

Priority one plumbing assisted with us in doing some plumbing works in my investment property after the tenants moved out after almost 20 years. Bathroom, laundry, kitchen sinks and tap fittings were replaced with new ones. They also installed new Rheem gas HWS and new gas lines for it. They took good notes of what I wanted and did accordingly. Even they did reposition of my external tap which was too high. All together did a brilliant job. I didn't have to wait for weeks and months to pass by as they completed the job within two days. On the other hand, their cost seem to be bit expensive but I was ready to pay for their standard work. I would certainly recommend them.

I arrived home from work to a burst pipe in the bathroom. The bathroom was flooded with water. I quickly jumped online and called Priority one plumbing and electrical service because of their good reviews. They certainly didn't disappoint me. The company took my job as a priority and were able to send a plumber within a hour. The plumber was quick on his feet and was able to troubleshoot the problem. Very reasonable price for an emergency service. No doubt I would use these guys again.

Impressively refreshing service. My son booked Priority One Plumbing and it turned to be a good one. Their plumber replaced my hot water unit. Before replacing the plumber explained me all options well courteously. The team understood my urgency as I had health issues and need hot water urgently. They replaced it on the same day I called. Price was trustable because my son went through different quote and this was genuine and affordable from other quotes. Also gave additional discount for senior citizen. Called out Priority One to replace a water heating system on a Saturday. Was quoted a replacement at $1500 more than other plumbers (after I decided to check around) $3500 vs. $2000 for the same unit and labour. Told that a certificate costs $250; it costs $35, and other plumbers just include that in cost of doing business. Not sure about quality of work, and telephone customer service was great, but I think plumber on the day tried to pull a fast one.
