I have always used Priority One Plumbing as the Customer Service and the quality of the trades people are the best. Today I had Dennis come and look at a problem with my water heater that had been installed 12 months ago.
Dennis arrived on time and what a smile. Like all tradies, he systematically located the issue and my heater is working again.
For Dennis's professionalism, passion and personality I would give him 10/10. Their staffs are the best to represent their company.

We called Priority One Plumbing to decommission our sink and gas stove for the addition of our new kitchen bench tops. Once again Adam came for helping us to identify and correct what our builder's tradesmen fail to do. He also informed us of some great ideas for our future home improvements. I'm in the middle of a complete bathroom renovation and needed a plumber ASAP. Jason came in half an hour and provided a good quote to start work the same day. He closed the bathroom taps, moved the shower head and also moved the hot or cold pipes of the mixer. Jason was knowledgeable and experienced plumber. I am glad to deal with Jaison and he showed high standards in his work. Great quality of materials used. I absolutely can't recommend him enough! One week before I came to know about Priority One Plumbing from my neighbour's roof job. After seeing their roof restoration work I decided to call them. I called their office and asked roof plumber to come. They send me two people for my roof job. Did the assessment and gave a quote some what similar to my neighbour and that was the reason I called them. Their quote was under my budget. Roof restoration job was done in two days and even painted the tiles for me. Now my house looks brand new because of the roof. Thanks to this company who finished the job in time and did not delay my work . You guys will be first in my list when looking for plumbers.

Called Priority one plumbing and electrical for the fitting of spouting and downpipe to a carport. The plumber arrived promptly as promised and I was informed that my stormwater Drain had a blockage. After a very thorough assessment the guys attended to the clearing of tree roots from the drain and replacement of pipes into the stormwater pit. They then completed the fitment of the carport and did a great job.
Plumbers were very pleasant to deal with, they kept me informed during the process and it was completed with a minimum fuss.

These guys were recommended to me by a good friend of mine and they are amazing! My old hot water system burst and was rapidly leaking water at 3am. After calling 10 plus plumbers at night Priority one plumbing was the only plumbers we found who offered us 24/7 emergency service. Reached sharp at 3am and solved my problem. Their quote was fixed and there was no administration charge or assessment fee. Gave me a report of the hot water system and invoice through online. High tech plumbers using iPad, CCTV camera and other technical devices to ease the plumbing experience. Impressed with this plumbing company and wouldn't choose another company for sure.

Fast response to a plumbing emergency on last Friday 1st May. My heater was not switching on in this cold weather. The unit was very old but still was in a good working condition but suddenly got switched off and is not turning on. Jaison investigated it thoroughly and could see its parts rusted. Need to replace it as repairing won't last long. Gave a couple of options for buying a ducted heater and approved for the best selling unit. It was expensive but because of the influence of the company they gave 20 per cent discount. We have used other plumbing companies before but haven't felt this satisfied by using Priority One Plumbing. One can blindly choose them.
