I love flying with Qantas as I find their quality of service to be consistent wherever we are flying domestically to and from. The staff at check in, boarding and flight attendants are always very helpful and go out of their way to make sure everything is comfortable.

The seats are comfy, the food and refreshments are great, and the in flight entertainment is free. The cost of tickets is overall more expensive than other airlines but it is worth it for the level of service that you receive.

Qantas is always a great service, but it's no better than many others. For a domestic flight, you definitely see what you're paying for. For international flights, if you're lying economy, choose another airline for better value and service.

We flew within australia, to Adelaide on Qantas recently and were very happy with the service, the price was great and they had extras like free meals and stuff for the kids to do like colouring books. I found that the price for tickets on Qantas was actually the same price and cheaper than some of the budget airlines. The air hostesses were lovely, and I was really impressed that the price included meals each way. The meals were nice, although the kids were not real fussed on the breakfasts. We had entertainment included and the kids loved their first airflight. Qantas really is the best I think!

QANTAS is still an amazing service, comfortable, reliable, friendly and cheap. The way they are portrayed in the media lately doesn't affect the quality of service, and its definitely the number one airline.

I've been a frequent traveler from the Sydney to the Philippines and have found a lot of cheap Filipino flights but I still prefer Qantas due to the comfort and security it gives me and I believe most of their consumers. Though domestic flights are quite expensive, its all worth it. Come on, who would want to travel 9 straight hours from Sydney to the Philippines midday with a lot of kids on board.

i always fly qantas for international flights, it is the more reliable airline andyou can earn frequent flyer points. service is good. can be expensive for domestic flights

I always fly with qantas best airline out. I Feel very safe on qantas airlines i feel as the staff are my friends and are always happy to help me.

The airline is great but i still doubt the safeness ect. I reckon we should still support this icon of australia and protect it like family, like true aussies should!
