One of the best pet boarding ever! Staffs were very professional and caring. The only pet boarding thay my dog walked out with no skin allergy, which gets irritated with certain types of food and shampoo. Not to mention he looked like if he's just walked out from the groomer's.
Also, webcam with no extra charge! How good is that.

Mr Chow loves going to the Pets Hotel; he always runs in! We love that we can check him out on the camera, that we get miPet reports & photos about how he’s going. The staff have a genuine love of animals and their job. Great place!

Very professionally run. The staff are excellent, very friendly & helpful & nothing is too much trouble. The facilities are fantastic. You can leave the fur children & know that they are extremely well looked after. I cannot recommend The Pets Hotel highly enough. Peace of mind is the most important thing when leaving your fur children in care & this place certainly gives you that.

I have an anxious Goldie who always returns home from the Pets Hotel happy and a little more confident. Love the work of the staff they are great to deal with.

Feel confident in the care and safety of my pet. He is happy and bright after his stay. Staff friendly and helpful in answering my questions, he is 15 years old on a special diet , so needs a place I feel confident in leaving him.

The staff at Pets Hotel were fantastic to deal with from the initial queries for booking Archie in for his 12 day holiday, on drop off day and until we collected him. They answered all my queries and gave some great advice regarding Archie’s stay and suggestions on what activities Archie should be booked in for. It was also great to be able to see Archie in Central Bark on the Webcam. Archie thoroughly enjoyed his stay and came home a very happy and obedient dog. I would like to thank all the staff at Pets Hotel for looking after Archie and making his time there enjoyable. Also, we rang to see if we would collect Archie on our way home from the airport as opposed to picking him up the next day and on such short notice, the staff were happy to bath Archie and have him ready for us to collect within the hour. Thank you again and we will definitely use your services again.

Great and caring staff! Really awesome facility! My Golden is always so sad when he has to leave the Pets Hotel! Highly recommend this place. Just wish stays over 2 weeks were slightly discounted as unless you work full time, it can be a little expensive!

Amazing staff, amazing facility. My dog always comes home worn out from playing and always looks amazing when he gets a bath, blow dry and brush!
