Yummy icecream, but a bit too expensive to go too regularly - always get served quite quickly - a lot of flavours to choose from.

Quite good coffee and donuts - have got the combo a few times - only disappointed when I went to redeem a voucher for a free donut from a womans magazine - unreal amount of fuss - the salesperson consulted with 2 other staff members who did not know anything about it, and did not quite what to do - the whole idea of these vouchers is to get new customers to the store, and this time if I had not already been there before, would definately not want to go back, as they made me feel 2 inches tall in their snotty attitude

Once I just went there to redeem a voucher for a free pie, and as was late in the afternoon felt bad that I did not buy a coffee or anything else - even so the lady was very friendly about it - not always my experience when I redeem vouchers - have had coffee there before, and is always very good - ps the large meat pie was yum

I generally get a make your own, and am always impressed by the freshness and quality - excellent - a great pick-me up - fast friendly service - only find the music a bit too loud

I have been a member for years, and enjoy doing the surveys, and getting paid for reading the web sites - generally only 10 cents , but amazing how can add up very quickly. The surveys are pretty good as well, and you get paid something even if you don't qualify - a lot of survey sites don't do this.

Went there on the way back from the coast - the chips could be hugely improved, and found the pie a bit too salty - why does everything have to be so salty these days - otherwise the chicken pie was not too bad

Have been going there for years now - friendly staff, consistently great food (especially steaks) - only problem is too popular on Friday & Saturday nights, and quite often cannot get a table for ages, and am unable to make a booking unless for a large group - this is a bit disappointing as we would be a consistently good regular customer - have been put off sometimes by going because of this - also when busy sometimes have to wait for an hour or so for the food
