I have been a member at Curves Croydon now for many years and have found them to be fantastic. The staff have always been very friendly and caring, and interested in my personal progress and day to day experiences. They make a special effort to know all members by name and provide a warm and inviting atmosphere for all.
They regularly check my progress and help me to set new goals. They have frequent fun activities that are always changing. Also, the owners make a special effort to hold regular fundraising for local charities.
I have worked out regularly during my pregnancy and the staff have always been very supportive and attentive to my health needs.
