Bought some wine and beer from here and were very happy with their service.

They have a crazy guarentee!

"100% Money back guarantee

While we might reckon that the sun shines out of our wine bottles, we know that not every wine suits every person…That's why we offer a 100% money back guarantee on all our wines. "

Unbeatable. you can't get that from any other liquor store i know..

also $10 off your first order!

definitely give these guys a try! im sure you wont be disappointed!

Great prices especially things on the clearance page.

To get the most savings you really need to stock up on everything and spend over $150 so you don't have to pay shipping. otherwise your shipping costs kinda defeat the savings..

customer service is pretty good and they have a large range of products.

You can get a box of paracetamol or ibuprofen (24 tablets) for just 99cents!

put my order in and they changed it without telling me. sent me what they believed was a suitable substitute which i didn't want.

the 1 product i did want broke the first time i used it. when i tried asked them for a refund they made me jump through hoops and in the end offered me a credit.

after more conversation they did give me a refund but it was such a hassle i wont bother buying from them again.

would advise others not to buy anything from them unless they know the quality of the actual product they are purchasing.

Purchased a new bed a few months ago. We weren't desperate or in a hurry as we did have a bed but it was just getting old.

We went to visit a number of different stores and tried heaps of different beds.

Bedding superstore was the very first place we went to visit. we tried a few beds here but decided on a pocket spring, pillow top medium to firm mattress around the $1800 mark.
We really like a premium bed at the back of the showroom at $5000 (king with base) but even on special at $3500 we thought it was a bit rich...

Craig the sales man was very helpful, kind and seemed genuinely interested in whatever the topic of conversation was. He explained all the different types of mattresses available, how they different and what made one better than the other. Though he wasnt pushy and was honest to tell us what we didnt need to spend extra money on.

We we had tried all the beds craig has suggested, got prices and written down the details of the beds we like we left to try more. Craig did offer us a better price to try to seal the deal but understood it was the first bed store we had seen and let us go to try out a few more with his card in hand.

We went to at least 20 more bedding stores and found most sales people to be very pushy towards a particular bed or at least to close the sale. Knowing that I will be spending so many hours sleeping on this purchase I would prefer to know that i bought the right bed not the best deal. And seeing as the sales people were so pushy It made it hard to figure out if i liked the bed or if i liked the deal.

there was only 1 other sales person at a different store who I found as knowledgeable at craig but the beds were just not right.

In the end we decided we were happy to spend up to $2500 as the beds were so much more comfortable.

A few days later we had decided on 3 of our favourite beds and went to go and try those 3 again. Our first stop was at Bedding superstore and to our surprise Craig jumped up from his seat and had remembered our names (though we did chat at some length...)

We tried the cheaper bed which we thought was very comfortable the first time.. but after trying so many beds we realised it wasn't as good as the others.
We then went up to the back of the showroom and tried the more expensive bed. We laid there for a while why we umm'd and ahh'd over if it was really worth the extra money. we still had to buy sheets, mattress protector ect as we were upgrading from queen to king..

We got up to leave and thanked craig and this time he asked us if he gave us a amasing deal would we be buying today. Of course we said yes as this was our final deciding trip. He offered us a good deal and could tell we were still thinking (we are young... and even if we did think it was a fantastic deal we would have our poker faces on!! hehehe) sorry craig if your reading this...

He asked us what our concerns were, and decided to throw in delivery, a mattress protector as well at special sonar cool sheets that were made specifically for the gel bed.

At $2500 our poker faces no longer able to hide our excitment we agreed and never looked back!

The only problem we have now is that the bed is so comfortable it is hard to get up in the mornings. :)

I have purchased 4 pairs of glasses from vision direct so far. 2 for me and 2 for my boyfriend.

They have alot of brand name glasses and sunglasses at very good prices.

But wait! there is a catch. Alot of the glasses and sunglasses they have on their website they don't actually have in stock. As in they don't have the glasses in their warehouse.

This means when you choose and pay, they then put the order in to their manufacturer or supplier and get the glasses shipped to them. they repackage and brand it, change the lenses if need be and then send them out to you. This can be very time consuming.

In some instances. (yes this has happened to me) you purchase the glasses you want and they tell you they are waiting to hear back from their supplier and it could take 6 weeks! ie it is probably discontinued and they would like you to purchase a different pair in their fast shipping section.

I didn't find this a problem as they do give you an extra 10% discount so i was able to get nicer glasses for the same price.

I am happy with the end product and result but you need to bear in mind unless you but something in the fast shipping section they may ask you to pick something else.

I always hated going to the gym but Virgin Active Norwest changed this for me!

They provide a fun, relaxing and social atmosphere. They have a whole rage of classes from run of the mill step and kick boxing to hula hoop classes! ( must give it a go- tip stand at the back of the class. you will laugh so much it wont matter the hula hoop is at your ankles most of the time... just think of how many squats you'll get in 1 class!)

They have all the latest equipment and brand new facilities. including trx, pilates reformer beds and those vibrating plates. None of the classes cost anything extra like they try to charge at some other gyms i wont mention.

oh they also have a rock climbing wall!

If your like me and only get important business classes when your busy taking time out... hehehehe... they have free apple computers and wifi available. Its in the cafe area but anyone can use them.

And best of all they have a pool, spa and suana for you to relax and reward yourself with at the end of your workout.

Appliances online sells everything from fridge freezers to tvs, toasters and kettles.

Anyone who is hesitant about buying online should not be concerned when buying from these guys!

I purchased a fridge and washing machine and the fridge was delivered the very next business day! Amazing! The beat the best quote I could find on both prices. Not matched but beat the price.

They did however forget the hose cable for the water dispenser (fridge door has a water thing). However when I called to let them know it was missing they were very apologetic and instantly offered us something for the inconvenience. I asked them if instead of whatever it was that they offered if they could very kindly ask the manufacturer to give us another filter for the fridge as we cant seem to locate where to buy them. She said she would do her best and sure enough we got a free filter! I couldnt believe it!

No harm in asking I guess..

Washing machine arrived without a hitch and their customer service is fantastic.

I would recommend everyone to purchase online with appliances online as they are by far the cheapest and best customer service experience I have had so far.

I have not purchased or sold a house with Bernie. However I have found out that they offer 2 great guarantees to those who are selling.

If at any time you are dissatisfied in any way with their standard of service they say rip up the contract and they will renegotiate their fee's with you

and

If you choose to sell your property using our specialised marketing campaign and if in the unlikely event they don't sell your house for the quoted price at listing they will sell it for FREE.
