Was going to my regular pool shop nearby and hadn't noticed this butcher before so thought I'd try Gilly's as I'm always on the lookout for good local businesses. Well, what can I say, the quality of the meat that I walked out with was fair dinkum as good as you'd get in any exclusive restaurant. Even a simple barbie Dad like me can turn out a world class feed with meat as good as this! Eye fillet, chocker with flavour and as tender as a cooked king prawn.
