Cottle Coffee is a fantastic cafe and shop. We love buying coffee from here and getting it freshly ground. Cottle Coffee is a definite place for us to buy coffee when we visit Melbourne, their coffee is great quality. Cottle Coffee also has a wide variety of biscuits, tea, beverages, chocolate and other items for sale.

Lovely designed cafe, with a really fancy menu. The staff were so lovely. I ordered something simple which was scrambled eggs and bacon, my husband ordered the porridge, both were nice. The hot chocolate was great too because they use Mork chocolate. Probably not the best cafe to take a toddler to though. Prices are on the more expensive side.

This review is for Beechworth Bakery, Echuca VIC

Beechworth Bakery was a place that I found when randomly somewhere to eat when I was driving past the Yarra Valley. When I found the place, my initial thoughts were that the place looks like a tourist place and the food may not be good, BUT I assumed wrong. We ordered a meat pie, sausage roll, shortbread biscuits and a lamington. All the things that we ordered were amazing, in particular, the lamington and meat pie were one of the best we have eaten. The place gets so busy, but thankfully there is plenty of seating. I suggest getting a seat outside on the balcony. Great efficient service.

This review is for Mubble Gourmet Ice Creamery, Sorrento VIC

I ended up trying this place because I noticed everyone was eating there on the hot day. Mubble stocks a huge range of ice cream and sorbets. I tried the oreo flavour and it was a huge serving and delicious. The place gets so busy. Great service.

This review is for Fish Fetish, Sorrento VIC

verified email - 13 Feb 2017

Fish Fetish is by far the best fish and chips that I have ever eaten, the fish was so fresh and delicious and the hot chips were so golden and crispy. The best thing about this place is also the pricing, definitely not expensive (one battered piece of barramundi was approximately $7) and the hot chips servings are huge. The only down side is that there is a limited amount of seating available both inside and outside. Service is nice and friendly.

Discovered Jillian's Cakery today and i was super impressed with their cakes. We ordered the Bunny's carrot cake which was so super moist and delicious and the Hummingbird cake which was great too. They seem to have tonnes of lovely baked goods. Service is lovely too.

I totally love The Source, this place was like heaven to me, so many things to buy such as flour, muesli, chocolate, salts and more. I love the fact that there is no wastage because there is not excess packaging. Prices are really reasonable too. Lovely helpful service too.

This review is for Coffee Land, Blacktown NSW

I went to Coffee Land with my family for coffee and baby cino, the coffee was not bad, although tad too hot, the babycino looked really cute, but at $2.50, it seems expensive. I did notice a lot of nice cakes in the cabinet. Service was not bad, although he did not do my order correct.

This review is for The Burger Head, Penrith NSW

verified email - 23 Jan 2017

The Burger Head is one of the best new restaurants to hit Penrith, they make one the best burgers that I have ever eaten. The restaurant is located in a secluded area, so unless you have heard of them, you may not know where it is. The burgers are really good, I have tried their cheeseburger and the chicken burger, the mash and gravy is also so amazing. Service is really lovely, we got remembered on our second visit after a few weeks of not visiting.

This review is for Smoking Gun Bagels, Woolloomooloo NSW

verified email - 23 Jan 2017

I discovered Smoking Gun Bagels after a friend raved on how good their bagels were. I went there for brunch and ordered a BLT bagel, this bagel was a bacon, lettuce and tomato bagel and it was really delicious. I feel that the difference between their bagels and regular store bagels is that they are fresher and they have a nice sweetness to them. The menu is diverse, so lots to choose from. Great friendly service.
