Chris was fantastic, he was professional and spent time explaining the different skylights, inspected our roof and advised where the skylights would best be placed. Installation took approximately just over 2 hours for 2 skylights one in the hallway and one in the kitchen. The difference was amazing, my hallway went from pitch black to extremely bright and I no longer turn on my kitchen light during the day. I wished I had gotten it done earlier. Thanks Chris on the fantastic job and you're right on hot days the house has remained the same with the excellent energy rating on the skylights. Not many companies sell the solar bright maxlights in Melbourne and he was the best priced. I'd recommend Chris anytime.

I booked in my appointment at Ella Bache to get a manicure and pedicure done for my wedding. I asked them if I could use my Ella Bache voucher which I had previously received as a gift from a friend. The lady said this store doesn't redeem gift vouchers and there was an issue with it with many stores. (Subsequently a few months afterwards I rang Head Office who informed me the store should've taken my voucher and should've contacted Head Office to process it). However at the time I decided to go ahead and book in a manicure and pedicure as it was not too far from my place.

The young girls who worked on myself and my friend there were lovely and chatty but unfortunately the work done was not up to my expectations. The white tip was crooked and lumpy across all my fingernails. The pink polish was very faint and perhaps another couple of coats would have given it some colour. The white tip was very thick, it did not feel smooth when running my fingertip across my nails and had already started chipping before my wedding 2 days later.

At the end of it, the 2 things cost me just under $100. My pedicure was a very light foot scrub which I felt was a bit expensive for what I received. Unfortunately I will not be returning.

I contacted Kon on the Saturday and explained my front gate needed a lock, he immediately asked me to take photos with my phone and send them through to him. He shortly rang me back to say it was possible to install a key lock and to google the 001 Lockwood to see if I was happy to have that installed. I mentioned that the only difficulty would be that it was on a slight angle which other locksmiths said may be quite difficult. After taking more photos to demonstrate the angle as he requested Kon called back to say it wouldn't be a problem and to see if he could come over Monday or Tuesday.

Around lunchtime he rang to say he was able to come over that Saturday afternoon to install it as it would be cooler to my delight I accepted and he was over in a couple of hours with the lock and tools. It didn't take very long to install it and he mentioned I could later on have this wired to an intercom and have the gate opened from inside the house. I appreciated the advice and found Kon very helpful and knowledgeable. He showed me the different ways to operate the gate lock and even gave me a couple of extra keys.

I'd definitely ring him in future for any other locksmith work I need and would recommend him.

I heard about Paul through a friend and contacted him. We were able to set up a time easily and he offered the choice of a verbal building inspection or a written inspection for a little bit more. I opted for the verbal inspection.

He arrived on time and we walked around the house, I took notes whilst he pointed things out to me and took photos of each thing he pointed out. He gave me very honest feedback as to what things would cost to fix and whether it was worth it or not.

He sent through all the photos to me shortly after as well as a list of trades contacts should I need to get things fixed around the house. I have since called people from the list (whom all know Paul and have worked with him) to get quotes and have worked done and they've been really helpful too.

Since the inspection whenever I've needed a reliable person for work which wasn't listed on his contact sheet I've been able to call him and ask for advice. He's always been lovely in providing further trades contacts and always says to give him a call back if I need more info.

Thanks Paul for your great service as well as connecting me to the right people. I've been recommending Paul to my friends for any future building inspections.

My husband and I were ecstatic with the service Ze and his 2nd cameraman provided on the day.
I was planning my wedding from interstate and Ze was very prompt in communicating with me over the phone or via email.

On the actual wedding day he actually brought an assistant cameraman (Chris) even though we only agreed on one person which was fantastic as the 2nd photographer was able to take photos of the bridal party whilst Ze took photos of us. Both Ze and Chris were extremely professional but also fun and easy going making everyone feel very at ease throughout the day. We had a lot of fun working with them and Ze wasn't afraid to capture creative fun photos with us.

He suggested natural shots and also took posed photos too. Throughout the night we didn't even notice them at our reception after they greeted us until they said goodbye. That shows how professional they were that they didn't need to bother us.

Ze sent our edited wedding photos to us along with a slideshow summary shortly after the wedding, it exceeded our expectations and we love showing the slideshow to family and friends. We have since recommended Ze Photography to others. His service is A+.

Amazing and sooooo happy we went with Ze! Thanks a million Ze and Chris :)

My husband and I had met the DJ prior to our wedding and provided him with a run sheet. We advised that we would be playing a video and slideshow during the night. We also mentioned that we would being doing a dance which we would provide him with our edited song. We asked him to please ensure he contact the venue if he had any queries beforehand to ensure everything would be ok on the day.

On the night he hadn't checked that his laptop was compatible with the projector at the venue, as a result there was a long delay with our entrance because he was having trouble playing the video we requested. Initially he played the slideshow which was meant to be played later in the evening. My bridesmaid had to ask multiple times for the video to be played. The video played with no sound because the laptop was on mute. The guests were waiting for a long time and confused why there was no sound. After which the MCs introduced us for our wedding dance, we entered and were standing there embarrassed as the wedding dance song was not ready (per runsheet). The song was provided on CD and digital formats.

During the night, the music that we and other guests requested weren't played. The farewell songs were played before the MCs had gathered the guests in a circle to farewell us.

At the end of the night the DJ left the venue without saying goodbye or checking if we were satisfied.

When I called a couple of days afterwards to give my constructive feedback, the DJ said he was happy with his performance and said "he could sleep at night" therefore would not be giving us a refund or discount.
