Initially I signed up as a tenant with Lend Lease Property Management & found our Property Manager Clare to be fantastic. She was always very friendly & helpful & made the entire process as easy as possible. When we moved in we were given a really in depth condition report complete with colour photos which was great. We had an issue with the dishwasher about 6 months into our tenancy & after reporting the issue I was contacted by a repairman an hour later who attended to the repair that day which was fantastic! I have rented though other agents in the past who have ignored my maintenance requests for weeks so this was very refreshing.

About 8 months into our tenancy we purchased an investment property in the Docklands & after being on the other side we decided to rent it out through Lend Lease. Clare handled our apartment & had it leased to a fantastic professional couple within a week at $20per week more than we expected. After a few months an inspection was carried out & we were sent a full report on the condition of the property complete with full colour photos which was a nice touch.

Overall dealing with Lend Lease & in particular our Property Manager Clare has been a pleasure & I have no hesitation in recommending them to landlords & tenants alike.
